Left voice mail about legal documents,  sounds like another scam, no relationship with caller.  Called from number 708-300-0115

I keep getting calls from 469-214-9771 leaving recorded messages to call 800-613-3190 about legal documents, talking about they been trying to leave paperwork @ my home and job but haven't been successful. REALLY ain't nobody been to neither place.SCAM SCAM SCAM

Yes,,,,received three calls this week regarding legal documents that they tried to deliver at my phone,,I am home all the time...it's bullcrap.  I called the number last night after hours,,no message machine,,just keeps ringing.  Why can't we stop these kinds of calls?? They are Frickin illegal...I am so tired of these,,,

I received a call that appeared to be from a local number 936-207-2815 which I later identified as a Voice Over Internet Protocol number.  The voice mail message indicated she is a process server attempting to deliver legal documents and asked me to select 1 to be connected to a representative or to call the party sending the documents at 800-616-3190.  I am a process server.  I know this is a scam!

Same thing!! I received from an apparent local number which i looked up and is non existent. So i then looked up the 800-616-3190 number and it says it is not a real number.  She  didn't leave her name but said she has tried many times to drop papers off at my home or work and failed so they will send my info on for legal action and i will miss my court date. I work at a law firm. DEFINITE scam.

iI had the exact msg on my VM this morning saying I could end up with a missed court appearance. They needed my signature on papers that came up with my SSN.

got a voice mail from "processor" Jessica Hart stated they have legal documents they are trying to serve at my residence and work place.  Never states what the business or document is and states they tried to contact me but no one was home yesterday.  never left my house.  have no idea about this and the recording is a "robo caller" stating my name.

I had the same call this morning, saying the exact same thing, caller ID showed it was coming from Strawn Texas. number 254-233-9273 googled that number came back to a Gregory Lovell. Person calling said her name was Jessica Hartford and is a Carrier for the county task to serve you legal documents for your signature.

Caller is Jessica Hartford, calling from a 253-263-8377 (WA), about needing my signature on legal documents.

Exact same thing tonight! Good ol'Jessica Hartman! Says she has court papers for me! I called back and told her I'll call the police! And I'm posting it everywhere!

Try to get your social security number.
Called and left message saying they are with the county and have court papers associated with my social security number. Say if I don't call back they will serve me at my home or work place, or it will be a missed court date. Says her name is Jessica Hartman with the Wyman Associate Group. I called back and said I would call the police. 800 notes has many entries about them.

Phone call from 936-207-2815 with the same message as everyone else. Legal documents and the crap about already trying my home yesterday; yesterday was Sunday so I know good and well she wasn't working on Sunday. Especially since she seems to work for everyone county in the country lol

Jessica Hartford called and stated she's calling from the county in Maryland and they've been trying to deliver documentation for my signature to my work and home pertaining to my SSN.  I can call the filing company at 800-616-3190  if I don't call back I'm going to have a missed court date and legal proceedings will be filed against me

Same call for 2 weeks. Never called back. Jessica hart and another woman. Says same thing has court documents for filing and will serve them. Says they were unsuccessful and that i have been legally served by phone. I had my own investigation business. I also did process serving. This is a scam and or an attempt to collect debt illegally. Just ignore it or file a claim.

Received a call from Jessica Hartford. Says that she was from "legal county I tend to serve". She tried to serve me at my home address and work address but was unsuccessful. I called back the # she left and they said that the sheriff would serve me my court summons. And that they sent out a letter a month ago (which I never received). They had my name, previous name, ss#, address and old bank acct#.

received the same call like everyone else from a local area code I used to live in stating the same thing, they have actually been calling for a while and I never the call back because I know it is a scam, and if you ever look up Wyman and Assoc. it is a wealth management group that deals with 401ks to life insurance, retirement.  anytime you sign up for anything scammers get your information and unless you receive a formal letter in the mail please do not send money to anyone.

Same story as everyone else here. Do not give them money. I dog cussed these people after calling HSBC bank and confirming that this was a scam. Notify the authorities or whoever you have to notify. By all means to not give them money. It is a fraud. 100% sure of it. HSBC Confirmed.

Jessica Hartford seems to be on a roll today. This number call spoofed me from a local Alexandria, VA # (703-782-9923) with the same bs script about serving me legal documents at my home and job, me being unavailable, blah blah blah. Get a life.
