You need to go down to the bank in person and tell them its fraudulent. Also go file reports with the State Attorney General and the FTC.

My husband,  Edward J. Hartnett, apparently took a call from this number and some how wound up with a subscription he did not want and cannot use. He has Parkinson and doesn't always think clearly. There is no way we could use coupons and deals. I can't drive because of vision and he doesn't go further that doctor and back.

The charge was made on 12/17/13, when I saw it today I called and a nice lady named, Veronica did cancel the subscription.
She even gave me a cancellation# and agreed to block further calls to our telephone number. Do you think there is anything more I need to do?

They have been charging our credit card since Feb 2014 for something never ordered.  They said they were going to credit us for four months when I said  was going to call the attorney general for Missouri.  Right now I am on hold for a supervisor.  According to him they are going to credit the entire amount back to our account.

I was charged $14.95 without authorization from 800-634-7500.  This phone number was posted to my bank statement when the amount of $14.95 was posted to my account!  I will call that number on Monday or sooner.  To me I did not order anything or buy anything.  On top of it all, this charge is a recurring payment.

Which is why you should file a fraud dispute with the bank immediately.  You have a limited amount of time to dispute it and when that time passes you will be out of luck.

II don't understand how there is a class action suit filed as of the date of your post (March 17,2012) and today is January 28, 2018 and yet I have received a $1.95 charge in December 2017 and a $14.95 charge this month. How is this scam still able to continue to rip people off 6 years later? I don't get it?

I did not receive a phone call from this number, I placed an order with Dream Works and the charges to my credit card started the next day.
Initially I assumed the first charge of $1.95 was associated with my dream works order and I had overlooked a charge included in my order but the second month when I had a charge for $14.95 I called the number referenced to the charge on my credit card bill and googled this number and found this information.
I haven't resolved this issue yet as they were closed when I called and I have to call on Monday. Hopefully this will be resolved and credited back to my account on Monday when I call them.
I will also be taking the advice of writers to this thread and will try to help put an end to this scam that has gone on for wayyy too long (8+years according to these posts... ridiculous!!!) and will contact my state Attorney General, the BBB, and the FTC.
It really really doesn't make ANY sense that this scam could possibly be still going on for sooo long and this 'company' is still getting money from and taking advantage of people that pay their cc bill without looking at the charges or don't look at their bank statement. Luckily I do, but I shutter to think of how much money this unscrupulous 'company' has disgracefully scammed out of probably millions of people. Omg, unbelievable!
I'm sorry, but what good is the justice system in this country if these scammers are allowed to continue to rob people 6 years after a class action suit against them was filed and the case opened?

A class action suit, which only ever benefits the attorneys on the case, can take 5 years or more to settle or to get before the court.  This is a civil case and not a criminal case.  Big difference.
