US FAST CASH will not only alternate between 1-800-639-0267 and 1-800-349-4528 as their own calling numbers, but they will also call you from "OUT OF AREA", and their phone number will not displayed on Caller Id.

They will also use the "1-062" preface on their calling numbers.

I know everyone knows this, but just a gentle reminder for you to carefully scan your Caller Id before you decide to pick up for any types of these harassing calls.

If you answer the phone, and somebody asks you "Is this (Your Name Inserted)?"  Ask them "Who's calling please?" before you give out any other info or comments.

Never, never say "Yes" to the question as they may take your "YES" soundbite and splice and record it into their records as an acceptance of an offer from them that may or may not be accepted by you!

If the "splice" takes place, you may be stuck with an unwanted item, or loan in the case of US FAST CASH, and they could quite possibly slither their way onto your credit card, or into your checking or savings account as they may already have all the other pieces of your personal info puzzle to complete their scheme.

Hopefully that won't happen to  you.

BEWARE OF US FAST CASH (1-800-639-0767) and the like!!!!!

Do your homework before you decide to take out a loan with any "organization" with "FAST CASH" in its misleading name.

You will be paying forever!!

Even if you don't actually take out a loan, and, if they have any of your personal information that you may have given them, but more likely stole from you,  they will call you and claim that you owe them money.

If these crooks have your banking account number, they will withdraw your money without your authorization.

They will call you and claim deceased members of your family owe them money. It's unbelievable how low they go!

This country is polluted with people like this.

Us fast cash simply has a problem of following directions they have been personally told that my offices does not allow personal calls and they continue to call my office including computerized calls. An male and female representative were even told this and the male had the nerves to tell the operator of our company that i had authorized them to call and they would continue to call what a lying sack of s---.

Also, file a complaint against any other harassing phone calls. The only way to get rid of these people is to file a complaint. The more complaints the FTC receives, the more likely the FTC may take some legal action.

These people have been calling me for many months now. I am tired of recieving their messages and deleting them over again. They are so fake! The voice switches from male to female, and before there was a British woman speaking. I decided to do a little research on them, and found this site. I am not surprised that so many people share my problem. I called my cellphone network and they suggested contacting the National Do Not Call Registry, which is provided by the Federal Trade Commission. Once registered for thrity-one days, all third party calls will cease to come to your phone. I registered my number and if these dudes call again, I AM FILING A COMPLAINT!!! I will followup after 31 days to let you all know whether or not they have called. Let's hope they learn their lesson!

I've been receiving fraudulent calls on a daily basis from fraudulent US FAST CASH for almost a year now.

I have never done any type of business with fraudulent US FAST CASH, nor have I received any type of monies whatsoever from fraudulent US FAST CASH, yet, fraudulent US FAST CASH keeps calling , claiming I owe them money for a non-existent loan to me.

Fraudulent US FAST CASH will not send me any details to me by postal mail concerning their fraudlent claims. (It would amount to mail fraud.)

I don't answer any calls anymore from fraudulent US FAST CASH as I have Caller Id.

I have filed a complaint against fraudulent US FAST CASH over the phone with the FTC, and I have received official receipts by snail mail from the FTC. The more complaints the FTC receives against fraudulent US FAST CASH, the more likely they will take some sort of punitive action against fraudulent US FAST CASH. (e.g. Auto Warranty)

Fraudulent US FAST CASH will even claim deceased relatives of yours owe them money, when in fact, they do not. Pretty low, huh?

To be redundant, fraudulent US FAST CASH is a fraudulent "company" trying to perpetrate, and sometimes succeeding, fraud on the American public.

Fraudulent US FAST CASH needs to be stopped from these fraudulent criminal activites.

They keep calling, and I have just submitted a complaint with the FTC.  Pretty easy to do online.  If only they had a presence in NC, then a small claim action could get me $1000...  

US Fast Cash is a bunch of lowlife dolts...ignore them, block them, answer and make up answers...heck, do what you want...if they could do something, they would.

ONE IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER

CROOKS - DO NOT FOLLOW THE DO NOT CALL LAWS - violating the donotcall laws is nothing to them - they are out to steal your money and/or identity!  

If you are on the donotcall list already and still receiving telemarketing calls - they are most likely scams.

Don't forget your State Attorney Generals!  THEY HAVE THE POWER TO DO SOMETHING - but only if you file complaints with them.  All the AG's have an online complaint form - you just have to use it!

i asked to be placed on do not call list.  they said my number doesn't appear in their system, and thus they didn't call me.  i told them they DID call me, that's why we were talking to each other.  vicious circle.

I got called for a whitney backer and i said, "Listen carefully, NEVER call my number again."
He said "I need to speak with a whitney baker.
I said "F*** you"

This number calls & is just a recording. We are on both state & federal do not call list. We have done no business with this company & do not calling here anymore.

They continue to call me from both numbers any time day or night. How do I get an address to them to send a cease and desist letter,does anyone know.

I responsed earlier to this posting and wanted to update. This company has been harassing me for over a year. Work, home and then they called my parents claiming that I fraudlently signed my name to some documents which never happen. I believe this company is a scam or at best is looking at something my ex wife had and trying to get me to pay since she can't afford to. They left me a nasty message yesterday saying they were going to pursue fraud charges against me as well as my parents planning to file charges against me. I called the company back today and gave them the reference number I received from the FTC and said I would be filing harassment charges if I receive another call. I might have saved you all a phone call because when he asked me my name I told him I'm acting on behalf of everyone that he calls daily.

These idiots have been calling my phone for over a year and a half. I've talked to the same guy who "takes my number off their list" over 20 times.
