This is crazy. Ive tried everything, they just dont listen. Ive spoken nicely to them, yelled at them, cussed at them, and nothing ever works. They've been calling for years. they ask for someone, and i say NO, THIS IS NOT ____. Ive spoken with them countless times to stop calling. They have no right to do this. Is it true this is US FASTCASH or something?

I have a police report case number 08-50414 that says we are not the party you are searching for. I have faxed you a copy of the police report on 3/20/2009.

Same as everyone else, WE have told them over and over that they have the wrong number and the person they are looking for is not at this number and we DO NOT know them. Please take our number off of your list.

Guess what, They keep calling over and over.

AND again like many people that follow the law and report them to the FTC. NOTHING happens,
You can read each complaint and they all say the same thing, WONT stop, have reported to FTC.

Has ANY body had the FTC, do anything to stop this or help get you a Paid claim in small claims court or ANY type of compensation for ALL the laws that they break calling you OVER & OVER ??

This company has been calling the same people for over a year, I am also in the same situation as everyone else. If OUR State government keeps allowing this to going on and has not helped to resolve this issue or help with the process for the many people that are being victimized to file suit and stop the calls or be compensated for being victimized. As our government say’s “if you are NOT part of the solution you ARE part of the problem”

What this comes down to is: Does it do any good to report this to our local government?? It seems like NO know is listening!! If so people would NOT be having this problem for OVER a year with the same company and phone number.

Please let me know if you have had any luck, I’m not pointing the finger, as much as I am looking for a way to punish the companies that are breaking the laws at OUR expenses.

These idiots call my home phone and cell phone EVERY day. They are FRAUDS and THIEVES. Do not give them ANY info. Don't even answer. Block their numbers!!!

It's for the payday loan you ALL took out and then closed you bank account !!! Not rocket science ! Pay your bills dont get calls from bill collectors ......

All last year I had dealt with these F%*^Wads. Haven't called for about 3 months until today. Somehow they obtained my employers number and called it. It used to always be some wack job middle eastern guy that tried to play a tough guy role. Needless to say it was laughable to say the least!  Today it was a nice young woman who seemed very pleasant except for the lies she was telling. She thought she was speaking to my supervisor but it was actually me. Said that she had tried to call my home phone but could not get through and that she was calling about a position that I had applied for and this number was listed as my current employer so she thought she would give it a try. I told her I would pass the message on to the one she was trying to reach. After work I came home and punch in the phone number  only to find out it was the same F%*^Wads (US FastCASH as last year.  If I could only get my hands around their scrawny little necks!!!!!

If these guys hadn't started calling me I would have have beaten you to the punch and said the very same thing. I earn a very comfortable living and the only loans taken out are from large reputable banking institutions. Still, they called and called and called. For the longest time they would not even identify themselves. The guy would just say that I better send $300 to a certain address or else! Anyway, the phone company and the police said that there is very little anyone could do because the calls originated from out the country and they are changed frequently. So i'm thinking that most of the people in this forum are probably telling like it is.  It is the same company name that's been bugging me.

jackie - why were you even on such a forum?  seems to me that you must work for the company.  how dare you come onto a forum where people are all complaining about the exact same thing and say that they need to pay their bills.  i too make a comfortable living and have had my identity stolen.  i'm now getting similar calls as these and nobody will talk reasonably.  so, you and those callers call all simply kiss where the sun don't shine and go to HE- double hockey sticks.

So just so everyone knows. You are directed to US Fast Cash through various routes, however the way I was directed was good ole Montell Williams. If you try to use Money Mutual, they send you to payday loans like this place which is an absolute rip off. They run off an Indian Reservation in Oklahoma and the rates are about 300+% The first so many payments are just to pay off interest which will be about 3-5 times what you borrow. On a $300 loan I paid about $1000 back in only a couple weeks time. I suggest you don't give them your contact info. I filed bankruptcy and now, even though they do business on a reservation, they're not allowed to call me anymore. FYI, they're racking up the fees each time they keep calling from their various numbers.

They say USFC, if you have input your information on any website they arevery good hackers. I have consulted an attorney who advised to ask for something on their company letterhead to be mailed to your afdress on file. Of course they won't because it's a felony. I am sure if you find the true number for US Fast Cash they willtell you it is not their office calling.

Do not get a loan with USFastCash.  Even if you pay it off and can prove, they will still harrass you for the same loan.  I am still getting calls for a loan I paid back 2 years ago and have sent them proof of payoff twice INCLUDING an email from THEM stating the loan was PAID IN FULL.  

Call me evil or a [***], but I like to have fun with them and act like I am stupid to get as much information as I can while I am filling out the complaint form for the State Attorney General's office and then when I am done, I say "Thank you for providing me the information I needed for the complaint form.  Now that the form is complete, I think it is only fair to tell you that the State of AR has ruled all Pay Day Loans with interest rates greater than 17% void and you should be hearing from the soon.  Have a nice day!"  I usually get cussed out and yelled at, and all they here from me is laughter as I say "bless your heart, bye now" and hange up.  Don't mess with a southern red-head.

Feel free to use this idea and "twist" to you personal style.  As long as you don't cross a legal line, they can't do squat.  Want to really piss them off, while they are screaming at you and cussing you out, keep your voice calm and sweet, makes them madder if you don't rise to their bait.  Lot's of fun.

This number calls every morning and on weekends and is harassing me on a daily basis. I want them to stop calling and harassing me.

In 2008 I made the mistake of taking out a pay day loan for these people. after paying it back they have continued to harass me. every single day. I change my number. They find it. its been 5 years! 5 years!

oh and BTW, if you are one of those idiots like I was, they sell your information to some of the other fraudulent companies listed on this site and they too will try to get money out of you. Be Wary. Don't be dumb like me and apply for a pay day loan online. I would rather be broke.
