Same call as others.  "Emergency...MS liscense key has expired." Left message.  I ignored.

Yup. I called the number and spoke with a guy who sounded Nigerian. He wanted the ID Serial # from the pc. I asked "Which one?" He said any one. I asked "Just give me the ID Serial # from the pc you found had expired. He said it doesn't work that way and asked again for the Serial ID for "verification". I said " I am calling from a major electronics store and we have at least 50 Msoft pc's running right now. None of them are NOT running because NO license keys have expired. This is a SCAM!" Then the call went dead on his end.

These fuggers are taking advantage of the elderly and others who know nothing about pc's. A couple of reverse phone searches could pinpoint this call center for immediate destruction if anyone was crazy enough to do that. I'm not, I just forget about it. But I bet one day someone will go postal on these guys!

Scam

Same as above.  I figured this was a scam.

I had a little fun with this one. I am an IT professional so I called the number back and gave them the run around. The guy who answered was obviously not in this country but his name is "Steve Johnson" He ended up hanging up on me 3 times. :)

Received call on Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m.- " This is an emergency. Your Microsoft key has expired."

Got this call at 3pm on 2.24.2017. Same message about License Key expired. SCAM.

Oh Thank goodness they called because my Microsoft Key had expired, I might have had no computer access! Phoney Phone Phuker Scam Artists...

2nd call today from these scam artists.

Presumed scam call just like the above. Female voice recording: Claims Microsoft registry key has expired...emergency...M/S services have stopped. Call to renew...Same ol S#1+ .  Catch em and lock em up!

Message left on our answering machine.  Same as everybody else.  Will be blocked.

I received the same message as all above.  I didn't call them back.  Computer seems to be working fine.

Exact same.  SCAM!

Computerized woman's voice left this message:  "This is an emergency call to notify you that the license key of your Microsoft Windows has expired and all Microsoft services will be stopped on your computer.  To renew the license key call the toll-free number." Repeat.

SCAMMERS!!! Microsoft does not call people about expired products! DO NOT give these crooks your credit card information.

Ha!  Thank God we're all still here since all of our Microsoft keys have expired!  They've gotten lazy.  I used to get a human from India and now it's just automated.
