Windows support calling to tell me that my computer was sending out warning and error messages.

I toyed with him for about 10 minutes and finally told him I was just taking up time to keep him form calling someone who might be stupid enough to fall for his scam.  He called me a Mother F&^$#% and hung up on me.

Person with an Indian accent, from Microsoft support, asked me to confirm my email address. Also new my name. I do not have a windows machine so I knew this not legit. I played around with him for a bit and then he asked me to go to FastSupport.com. At that point I hung up and he called back, but I did not answer.

This number has called me 2 times on my cell.  I did not pick up the first  time and they left no messge - a few days later - yesterday- they called again - said they were "windows" calling me to tell me that one of my emails was hacked - they knew the address - I was very confused at first - really only pcked up to tell whoever it was to not call again.  I said I don't use windows - I have a mac - I was still not sure if they were my ISP or what - I kept asking.  The man with a strong Indian accent said he would get me over to the mac department.  A man came on saing he was the mac person and that the earlier man - who he called by a very American name (didn't fit the accent) passed me over to him.  He started to tell me the same story - when I tried to get more information he said he was calling from Apple and at no cost to me...  I stopped him right there and ended the call.  As far as I'm concernerned these are definitely scammers - I will check my cc and bank statements - since someone below mentioned it - to make sure there ar no charges.

This number ieeps calling I answered they asked for my minor son, I tell them he isn't here and ask who is calling and he says Chris I also asked what company he say Tax Support from Pakistan. I asked him to take my number off his list he says yea for 20.00 it will be removed. He didn't need a credit or debit card just go to Walmart and get some code thing. I told him that there is a law again harassment on the phone if called more than 3 times in a day. He says if I don't pay they are going to keep calling. Yea right not answering the phone again. . BEWARE.

They are scammers they keep calling me and telling me I am sending out bad information from my computer When I called him a scammer he said I was one and hung up

It is a complete scam.  When asking in return for information on their name/company/supervisor, they hung up.  They should be able to provide you with simple information like...what version of windows you are running...Do not give them information!

Great job.  Wish I would have kept him on the phone longer!  He was asking me what I would do with the information I was asking him for...Supervisor, return phone call, his name...he hung up on me when I indicated he would be turned into the government.  I think next time I might find the number for waste, fraud, and abuse and transfer him to that number!

Male caller w heavy foreign accent calling to say my computer has been sending error message the past few days.  Very persistent......I hung up.  Caller ID says "computer"

caller represented himself as an employee of Microsoft windows server area. noticed that my computer was hacked,wanted to check computer, requested that i sign on to pay pal and list my bank accounts and credit cards.given call back #13159440901,said i would call back, called Microsoft they stated they would never call, this was on 2-16-2017,contacted Microsoft via internet,purchased plan to review computer, had computer checked by Microsoft nothing found.

Fake microsoft scam. I block their call but they call 2 and 3 times a day. I never pick up.

This is a scam, I have received many calls from this phone number over the years.  They claim to be with Microsoft but they are simply scamming you.  Years ago I traced the phone number to India.
