- JimThis is a fraudulent scam call. This is a call from Microsoft. It is automated by computer and probably designed as a follow-up call from some previous customer service. I do not do business with Microsoft for home they don’t have this number at all or shouldn’t. They want to charge for tech issues but I don’t use any Microsoft products home. Further investigation online I find this is a total scam. Blocked number sent complaint to Microsoft.

- JDLGot three calls from 800 642-7676 within 2 hours. I figure if it really is Microsoft they would leave a message on the answering machine. Blocked after second call. Would bet it is some type of scammer using a valid Microsoft number on the Caller ID in hopes someone would answer - NOT HERE.
