I do agree. They have already written off my debt, so I plan on filing bankruptcy.  I can start over fresh due to some circumstances that left me no choice, but to provide for my household. The house comes before the credit cards any day.

Just a question.  We are all tired of the hang ups which are constant. You cant find out who it is if they wont talk to you.  Lets turn the tables and start a nationwide calling club.  Everyone call them at 1:00 every day!  Maybe that will at least teach them what a telephone is for.

They call daily.  I have no voicemail and I turned off my answering machine.  Soooo...if it's Merrick Bank...they can kiss my ever-loving, big round ASS!!  and like it too!  HA...let them call till their grubby little fingers fall off their dry, flaky hands.  LOL!

This is one of my 7 Credit Cards totaling over $22,000.  Ironic as it is, due to the Banks Greedyness our economy is in a down turn.  Thus now I am unemployed and I can't pay my Credit Card payments to the Banks.  I guess what coes around goes around.

They always leave a message saying it's "the card processing center, to call back, someone is available 24/7.

I just received a call also and I told them no such person lives here. I also have lost my extra income and I cannot no longer pay this card. Will they be able to sue me?

I have been getting calls from this number. And upon checking on who is number belongs to. I found out it belongs to United Nat'l Bank. I have never had a Credit card with them and they keep calling my cell phone. I am about to change my number. It's not the first time I have some company call me repeatedly of which I had no business with them in the first place. They must of entered the wrong number in thier computer on dailing system.

rude as hell, snotty b**ch on the phone HELLO HELLO is all she ever says... thats it the whole conversation.

I have already made my payment to Merrick Bank, but they call me from 3 different numbers multiple times every day...

I am receiving a call every day.  I am not sure who is calling, therefore, I am not answering.  It is very annoying.

I recieved a call from this number and when i called back the girl was rude, yelled at me, would not put a supervisor on the phone and then hung up on me!!! Then said the number they call from was not on there records??? Don't get it!!!

I continue to recieve phone calls from this number....very annoying especially since I pay my bills on time.

Good luck! My mother in law doesn't live with us and the phone is not in her name but they call 50 times a day. We have tried falsified numbers and telling them they have the wrong number yet they continuosly call daily.
