USA Credit took money out of my account that was not authorized. They took $149.95 on January 29, 2010. This made my account over 100 dollars over drawn. What can I do to fix this? Call my bank they said there was nothing they could do for me? Is that true/ I heard you can dispute the withdrawal with your bank. PLEASE HELP!!!

they are a scam they take the m0oney from you after you aply for a cash advance.  call them and get thier address and report them to the state attory general.

dusout the charge with your bank as fraud.  then go to the state attorney.

I was debited 149.95 from USA Credit. I have never been on that website or know what they offer. When I called the number on my statement they told me they got my info from an application I so called filled out online. I am in the military, just got home from Iraq, was on vacation with my wife in Las Vegas. I had no internet, I havent been online in a week but I magically filled ouit an online application and was charged 149.95. Once I got through to someone with USA Credit and told them I wanted whatever membership I have canceled and my money refunded I was told there would be a 30 dollar cancellation fee. Since Feb 5th, when all this started I have gotten over 100 spam emails a day, phone calls at all hours even 1AM, and text messages at all hours to not only my phone but my wifes as well. Because of the way they take money out our banks we have no way of finding out this companies address to report them. If anyone finds out anyway of taking this company to court please bolg on here, you will have supporters to take these heartless frauders down.

I called my account to find out the balance. And it was less than it supposed to be so I talked to my bank to find out that this company took 149.95 out so I called the num my bank gave me someone ask me was this my name and social sec mun and email name and said I agreed to let them take the money out for a loan..If I'm looking for a loan why in the hell would I agree to let them take money out my acct so anyway that person was getting smart and hung up. So I called back and talked to someone else and they said they would cancel my card w them and return my money in my accout. But get this they said they charge a one time cancellation fee and I was upset and let them know I want all my money back. I asked to speak w a supervisor. So he already was on the phone and said they will refund all my money 149.95 by the 19 of this month and that was the 5 so I'm still waiting ..and I had to pay my car insurance im so pissed .com

I too am a Marine. I just got hit with this scam. I caught it at 0025 on the 16th. I immediately called my bank and appraised them of the situation. The easiest thing to do is cancel the account and start up a new one. For me it was easy, 2 bills, cell phone and cable. For others it can be harder and more hoops to jump through if they have a lot more activity with their accounts. It is now 0205 and the bank cancelled the 149.95 (that will be back in my account within 24 hours) and these people will NOT be getting 19.95 every month. Tell your bank u want to do a Account Transfer Closure. That is important. I'll be getting a new account in 24 hours, and new Debit card, and atm card in 7-10 days. Hope that works for u bro. i tried to get a payday loan from some one. well i borrowed two hundred dollars from my mom. she deposited it in my account. well i went to get it out and my account was negative 99.00. so i went into my bank to see what the problem was. weell they told me that i had a deposit of 200 dollars but after that these a holes took out 149.95 out of my accout. and then they took another charge for 99.95 then my bank charged me 26.00 twce of course. my husband called them and they said they got our information from the company i tried to get a loan from. they said when i got the loan that was part of the agreement. well i never got the loan so why was i charged. i told them that that money was to feed my kids they told me that i need to watch out who i give my info too on the internet and where very very rude.

this company [***] suck they have a small like box thats checked on there page that we agre to pay what is a loan you have to pay for my bank caught there scam and denied the payment before is was taken but i owe the bank 35 for the over draft and 20 for more than 10 day not knowing my accout was over drawn so a 200 loan woul of coust me 205 plus there 239 back so acuwally would of cost 444 for a 200 face loan they should of just said they lend 50 [***] scammers suck then you called the and covenitly the office is closed

I just checked my account and found that this company (US Credit) charged an unauthorized amount of $99 to my account. I'm very angry at this point. How can i get my money back?

The company's name is USA Credit. I finally got them on the phone and they told me that through an online website there services were offered and I accepted. I told them that I did no such thing. As a matter of fact I try to stay clear of those things and when offers come up I automatically check "No" because I'm not interested. They tell me that it was debited through a third party and it will take 7-8 days to get my refund. Well it didn't take 7-8 days for them to take my money. I called my bank, filled out a "Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit", and faxed it back to them. They said it will take 24-48 hrs for investigation and return. I'm not to crazy about that either, but, at least, it's not 7-8 days. I'm sure there are good companies out there but things like this make you very leary about doing anything online.

My account was debited in the amount of 149.95 from this company USA Credit. I never authorized this transaction. I notice that there have been many people scammed by this company. why are there still being allowed to do this to innocent people like me.

They got me too I clled the number thanks to you guys I never even got a loan from these people out of no where they debited $149.99 from my account. I have a credit union bank and I also placed a dispute also from reading all of you guys notes I requested my bank to not pay any furture monies to this company just in case they try to be slick and try for another payemnt. Hwne you cll the number they ask you for and account# or your ss# I was so scared to provide my ss# and don't know the account number because never knew it. I just called my bank back and requested a dispute.

My gf used my bank account telling me she needed a pay day loan and because she didn't have a chekcing account I told her well if your getting your own money put in so you can use it ok just make sure you put it back in when you owe the payday loan.  Well Not sure of what's up yet but they USA Credit 18006859354  took out $149.95 out of my account.  Not money in.  My gf has no idea what she did or if she did anything she said she just applied for a payday advance loan.  So can you help me out with what done (what she clicked or what not) cause I'm lost.

I never agreed to a loan or a credit card. I was on another sight taking care of a previous loan and there company came up as a pop up. So now my account is also ovedrafted for fees they took off my account. What is really going on. I as well can not reach them.

I have a pending payment from 149.95 from USA credit.  I recently applied for a car loan through Ford... are these connected?  Are the car loan processes secure?  This charge was completely out of the blue.
