I applied for a payday loan and there was a little box that I didn't realize I checked that approved me for a 2500.00 Visa card, this company charged me 149.95 and I wasn't aware of it I called #18002624192 and spoke with a woman who said she could refund me 80.00 of the 149, I asked when it would be put into my account and she said 2 weeks because they have to go through a third party administrator, I started to yell and cuss at her and she told me she could send me to a dept who could do a three way call w/ my bank to verify the payment was made and it would be put into my bank in 3 days!!!!!

9/10/2010 posted 149.95 to my bank account saying it was authorized......800-685-9354 is only a recording......where is regulation in the U.S. when you need it........

This is insane! Why this has not be reported as fraud! Why the bank is allowing these people to do! This is fraud! Oh my gosh! I was charged $149.95 my account went in over draft. Is the bank working with these people because I cannot see why the bank is allowing this transaction to go through to people account!

The keep trying to take 149.99 out of my bank account.  I do not have the funds and I am on limited income.  my rent is $789.00 a month and I do not have the extra money I only receive $854.00 a month.  They keep charging my back account and I am being charged an NSF charge and my account is overdrawn.  Please have this company stop charging my bank account. I want this service cancelled.

They took $99.00 out of my bank without permission.  I am disputing it.  I did not get a loan from them.  They just stole my money.  Am claiming fraud.  The number listed on the transaction is 800-685-9354.

just found out what this u s a credit co is and glad to put a freeze on my accounts so they can't get any more money!!!!!

i woke up this morning to 149.95 taken from my account luckley it was 0 balance but what my bank told me since it was pending i can freeze my account and set up a new one.  thats the only way what ever happen cant happen again.  new account number

I don't understand why this company tried to withdraw from my account 99.00 dollars when they didn't even approve any loan fro me. I need them to reimburse me 35.00 overdraft posted to my accont because of them. Why are they behaving like that?

You have to be very careful when applying for them loans, They did me the same way and I cancelled it and they gave me my money back. Just be sure to read the terms and conditions cause some of those places does charge a fee to borrow money.

I applied for what I thought was a credit card with this company.  I reported them to the better business buerual as well.  They took 149.95 out of my account they also took 19.95 out of my account. When I talked to the lady on the phone they told me that the 19.95 could be taken off.  They refunded me 99.00 of the money from the original 149.00 and told me that i could get 49.00 back and it wouldn't effect my credit if i took the 49.00.  An other words taking the less of the sum would put a block on my credit as closed by consumer wich would hurt my credit.  Then I took the 99.00 instead and told them to go you know where. She pleaded with me for the money. I took the 99.00 and had then take off the elite plan for car service they charge a month.  6 months latter they started to bill me the 19.95 again. www.usacredit.com

i went in to my bank thinking i had money there i had just opened up the account and onloy had put $100 in my account so far, so i went in and asked to withdraw money then the teller telles me well ur negaitive $89, i was like umm okay how the hell can that be ive onluy had the account for 7 days just got my debit card 2days ago and still havnt recieved my pin so my card isnt even activated yet, well it appeared to be USA credit well just today i got curious and looked up the number and company the bank toled me to contact and its a freakn SCAM so not only did the take my $100 they overdrafted my account why hasnt this scam been stoped??? well im gunna dispute the transaction cause i didnt authorize it i mean who would ever authorize anyone to take money out of there acc knowing that theyll overdraft???? so my advise is to dispute the charges ya itll take 3wks but still and after you do that close out ur acc so this doesnt happen again cause thats what it looks like they do...

so what u now have to do is freeze the account, and just open up a new account cause they already have ur account info so u need to start over

this also happened to me with this freaking company...they deducted from my bank account now I'm way overdraft...I called them and they put me in hold for like 20 min. then they did the three way party calling to a freaking bank that was not even the bank where they deducted the money from...is there any way we can report this company USA CREDIT IS A SCAM !!!!

USA Credit took money out of my account and without my authorization total of $149.95. This is a fraud. I called my bank and asked who authorized to take money out of my account. Someone had called and asked for my name and I answer yes this who it is you are asking for and they hung up on me......7/21/11 next thing you know. I called to check on my bank account. Money was taken out of my account and left my account negative.

USA Credit you are a loser, people had worked hard for their money and you are stealing from them. I want my money back. And I am going to get my money back...............We will find you out, you won't get away with this...........God will strike you down...............................for taking advantage of people....!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why they try to mess with my account but the better business bureau will be notified as soon as possible because this is happen every where in America
