Fraud company. Writes $40 checks from your account listed as paying llc

This company took $40 from my bank account and when I tried to call the number I was disconnected!!! Total fraud, I don't have internet service, just my phone!!! They never even called or texted me, just took money from our bank account. We never ever purchase online or post our personal information!!!

Call your bank and file a claim for fraudulent use.

Already did and tomorrow calling cyber crimes unit at OSP.... Have to.... These people need to be stopped! We live very modest, off grid, no internet, solar power, no phone lines..... Thank you

I checked my account and they had taken 40.00 out of my account. i don't use this account often but someone should check into this situation; i'm 60+ and i still don't know why they would take 40.00 for something you never brought or ordered.

Go to the bank and make a fraud complaint.  YOu might have to simply change out your account.

They took 40 from my bank account on Monday, the bank has filed fraud charges against them

They just took $40 from my account today! People just need to leave other peoples stuff alone and stop stealing! I hope they serve many years of prison time!

40.oo deducted from my account disputed it with the bank called them they said I signed up for tech support and my 30 trial ran out and that is what the charge was for. I told them how the hell can I trail expire when I never signed up for it, they are a fraudulent company that needs to be stopped ASAP!!!

These people 40.00 out of my savings account. My damn bank better do something about it. I am beyond pissed off. Especially if I had the exact amount of my rent money in it

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFPB..

I too, had 40.00 taken from my account; never heard of or used this company.  I called them last week and they said they would issue me a refund.  Have not received refund...tried to call today, only getting busy signal.  Will be changing my bank account.  Out 40.00 and nothing I can do about it; live on a limited budget as it is.  Hope they burn in hell for this.

Yes, there is. Go to your bank and dispute the charge before you close your account and file a complaint with the FTC.

Has an issue this summer with them - $ 40.00 taken from my bank account, but they DID refund it. Now I reviewed my latest bank statement to discover a total of 3 charges at $ 40..00 each ($120) taken in the last month - these came thru listed as "Web Authorized Payments" followed by their phone number. They claim they'll issue a refund within 6-10 business days. We'll see....  In the meantime, I've alerted my bank and may need to open a new account to stop these scum. I want to also mention that when I spoke with the woman (from INDIA???) and wanted to know what company she was affiliated with, I got no reply.

Today, I found out that this "company" ISP fraudulently deducted $40.00 from my Chase Bank Checking Account.  (1) I do not know anything about this vendor.  (2) I did not provide them with my account number.  (3) I did not do any business with this (or any other company).  I shall immediately visit my Chase Bank and notify them of this false transaction and I will get my money back.  ALWAYS REMEMBER:  Check your savings / checking accounts daily to see if any false transaction were made.  GET YOUR MONEY BACK TOO.

I also had the same thing, they have took 2 payments of 40 dollars out of my account, i called them and got some foreigner said they are a computer support company, I have never filled out anything online, so i am wandering how they got our account numbers???? they said they would refund, in 4 to 6 days, BUt i am not holding my breath, Going to change account in six days, in the meantime, i called my bank and put a hold on that web payment, The number is registered to

This ISupport Company is fraud, they took out $40 out of my account, I immediately filed a complaint with my bank, etc. I was grateful that I checked my account every day. People have to work very hard for they money only to have thieves #$%#@!!!! steal it.
