I had $40 taken out also.  Called them and threatened them with calling the police.  Told them we don't even own a computer.  It was under my husband's name and he doesn't even know how to turn one on.  I think they somehow get your info from other things you may have done online and then hope you don't pay enough attention to your account to notice the withdrawal.  I definitely notice because there is never much in the account.  Supposed to be refunded within 3-6 days.  Have had this happen with other companies and always got the money back.  Hope I do with this one too.

I want to know how this company got my checking account number and information on me they had the ardacity to dispute with my bank and they kept the chages so im out of 120.00 which i work hard for. I will be suing when i get more info. Beware of transaction u do on line

ISP Support have taken 3 @ $40 payments from my account, I don't even know who they are.  I called and spoke with some name Vanessa, she asked me for my last name and said I don't see your name in our system and then asked for my account number (I did not give it to her) I told her I was filing a fraud case through my bank of this company. She tried to compromise with me, I told her my bank will handle it.

I noticed a pending 40.00 charge on my account yesterday. I was on my account earlier in the day and it was not there. I must have caught it right after it hit he account because the money hadn't been withdrawn yet. First I googled the number attached to the pending withdraw, and i found this site. I called the bank immediately and they put a stop on the payment. I was never charged the 40.00, but it was close. I have no idea who the company is or how they got my information.

I am glad this website is here because it let me know right away that it was fraudulent right away.

Happened to me on December 15th there was a 40 dollar charge pending on my checking account from this online company called them said I signed up for membership which I didn't never even heard of them they said they were cancelling the membership I went to my bank we called the fraudulent company with the bank chargers were taken off the next day these people are still doing it. I don't know how they got my bank info they need to be stopped.

As many have stated, checked statement and noticed the $40.00 debit. Showed up again the following month.  Called the number listed, got a man with Boston type accent advising me to  hold. After holding for 20 minutes I hung up.have notified my bank and local police.

Like others, I also have had 40.00$ charged to my checking account.  This caused my account to be overdrawn, and I am to be charged 40.00$ additional  to my account daily until my account is brought up to a positive balance.  I am retired and only get pay once a month;  I/we have notified the bank  so far nothing.  There is no way that I can pay these charges and still pay my bills, much less eat.  I am calling the Bank again tomorrow.  Hoping for the best.  Thanks to all.

Most banks require you to sign a form to dispute the charge which you have to do at the bank.  Before doing that file a police report and take that to the bank with you.  The bank should replace your funds until they have finished the investigation.  If they don't, then I suggest you immediately change banks.

I have never called, received a call or heard of this company before and they deducted $40.00 from my account today.  What the heck I feel that the government should stop worrying about who talked to whom and start worrying about stuff going on right here in the Good Ole USA. There has to be a way to stop this from happening.  Of course the bank is closed and I will have to take off work to get this taken care of so not only am I out the $40.00 but now lost wages to prevent it from happening again.

This number did not call me. Instead I noticed the number next to a debit on my 92 year old Mother-in-law's checking account that I manage for her. How they got her banking information, I have no idea. I contacted them through email. They claim they have closed her account (that we never authorized) and say they will refund the money they debited. I will be on top of them to make sure they do this. Will also contact my MIL's bank and make them aware - Certainly seems to be a SCAM operation!
