Got the call on my cell phone. It had a recorded message about health services. I hung up.

They (800-688-6486) just called me. I did not answer and when I try to call the number back there was a message stating that the number was disconnected.

They just called my personal cell phone. This is the second time in a month!

Got a call from this number to my land phone.  Did not answer.  It is actually 'do not call' number.  Hope that FCC will prosecute the culprit.

Same as most, just adding to the list. Called my cell phone, I didn't answer, they left no message. Found this web page...now, who's gonna go smack them down with me?!?! Lame.

I just recieved a call from 800-688-6486 and the girl tried to convince me that their company "Financial Solutions" can negotiate lowering my interest rates on all my cards. But she need to ask me a few questions and then pass me along to a guy who could answer any question I might have. She wanted the 800 # on the back of one of my credit cards of one of my accounts that was in good standing so that she could verify that my account was in good standing. She also wanted my account # and expiration of the card. I told her I was liery about that b/c i don't even know who they are. She sounded professional but my hunch was right. I told her to get the Bank of America rep to my cc on the line first on a 3-way and then I will give my account # to the B of A rep. The scammer girl said
"ok wait while I get her on the line". Within about 15 second the call disconnected. I CAN'T STAND PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO CONSCIOUS ABOUT DOING WRONG TO OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING AND GET THROUGH LIFE! SHAME ON THEM!

I just got a call on my cell from 800-688-6486 and waited for a live agent so I could be put on the do not call list. When the agent answered and said he was with Financial solutions, I asked about the DNC list and he hung up. I have had multiple calls on my fax line as well.

Do not!!! Do not!!! Do not!!! give your credit card information to anyone........ever!! No matter how good the offer sounds. If you do, you only have yourself to blame. You should be highly involved with your money and protect it like your child.

If you are unsure about any company who's calling you - google them while you have them on the phone.....here's a quick tip. Type their company name in the Google search followed by the word "scam" to see what others are saying about the same phone call your right in the middle of.

Here's the fun part - put the rep on the spot and ask him/her questions about the victim comments that are being posted about them. See how they squirm their way around the derogatory or see how fast they hang up the phone!!!

Same BS. They called at 4:24 central. I didn't answer. I call back and number disconnected..

Just got a call on my cell but did not answer. When I tried to call them back it was a recording that the number has been disconnected. I am tired of these ghost callers can't the Govt. do anything about these scam outfits !My home phone gets these calls also and they hang up when I ask to be put on the do not call list.

Called my cell phone.  Only very few know my cell number, so answered without looking at caller ID.  Obvious telemarketer.   According to FTC.gov - "Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers are barred from calling consumers on their cell phones without their consent."    Glad that I could Google the Caller ID number to see more info about these people.  From comments, obvious they are calling many cell phone numbers.  Already a violation of FCC regs, so being on DNC list probably will not help others.

Maybe a response - "OK FBI.  This is the call I want traced" & see how soon the caller drops the connection.

Got a call from this number 1-800-688-6486 on my prepaid cell phone. I did not answer the call. I ONLY give my cell number to friends and relatives!!!

Got a call from this number yesterday. No message left. As someone suggested, I saved the number as Scam and have directed the calls directly to voicemail.

I got a call from this number in the middle of a concert I answered and they hung up I am not sure why they are calling people when you answer and they hang up or if you do not answer they do not leave a message.
This is so frustrating I keep getting these calls Someone told me that it could be that my cell phone provider sold my number to the telemarketers ER ER ER ER ERrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
