Yes, same deal - Kevin at NCO - I agree - *60 does miracles!  Both them and Pentagroup Financial keep calling with different numbers, but as I said before, they won't reach me unless they call from a phone booth.  And even then, I sent them a C&D letter a long time ago; they KNOW I have a debt relief agency, who also KNOWS that I've been unemployed for the last 6 weeks.  It's like they think they can call me directly and get the money - what do they think?  I'm unemployed, which makes my situation worse, not better, ding-a-lings!

Thank you very much for that info, I have had my life turned upside when the company that my husband and I both worked for did major layoffs, not to mention I was pregnant with our second child at the time. After that loss we couldn't even afford to try and file for bankruptcy we lost our home our cars and ended having to start all over. I'm trying to start fresh and just recently these people have been calling my cellphone everyday just leaving a message to call Kevin Monroe. I don't answer the phone and have had my husband block those numbers. Sadly when they call from several different numbers its hard to keep up and block them all.

these people call me about 7 times a day also. they say same thing KEVIN MONROE KEVIN MONROE. they will not say what it is in reference to. annoying!!!!!

This is a debt collection company, that buys debts by the lot.  They promise to remove your number then call you using a differnet number, you have to call that number also then threaten them with the FCC...

THIS IS A SCAM.  DON'T BELIEVE IT!  IF SOMEONE CALLS AND DOESN'T ASK FOR A PARTICULAR NAME OR MAKE A REFERENCE FOR THE DEBT, THEN THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG.  This is no different than having your emails scammed.  The scammers keep trying until something 'hits'.  Some people are feeling so guilty or overwhelmed, because they are in debt, that they are not thinking.  If you owe someone, you will get letters.  Debt collection agencies SEND MAIL.  Even if they call you, they will ask for a person by name and then call you.  
I get phone calls on my cell phone.  I do not owe anyone.  Never has the message asked for me by name.  TRUST NO ONE.  GIVE NO INFORMATION.  And, what if you call Kevin,  is he going to ask you to give identifying information?????

This calls are so annoying, they wake me up at odd hours. All  they keep calling! I ignored them because I know I dont owe anybody money. Just wonder who gave my number to this freaking spam.=( Wish they can stop! Please people dont give out your information to any of this idiots!!

I've had it with these people calling constantly. I have arrangements to pay what I owe and have had it with them.

This company calls me a couple of times daily. When I have tried calling Kevin Monroe back at 800-711-0454, I get a recorded message that all the representatives are busy.  I can leave a message by pressing 1 or I can continue holding.  I don't have any debt.  I got this phone number 2 years ago, and they've been calling me ever since looking for an unrelated individual.  Is there any way to stop these calls?  855-210-9463, 866-808-7175, 800-578-0915 and 877-859-3653 are all the same people.

I keep receiving the same automated phone calls from 1-800-711-0454. I receive them at odd hours, several times a day. I've tried calling back, but no one answers. I keep being told to call someone named Kevin Monroe and supposedly I have an account number to reference with him. I have no debt. No one will help me get rid of this harassment.

I get so many calls from this number that I had to literally turn my ringer off on my home phone. Anybody who knows me knows to call my cell phone now.

I've been getting calls from this number every day for over two years now. When I tried calling them to find out why they were doing this, they asked for my brother, who died more than ten years ago. They've also asked for a person I've never heard of. About three times I talked to someone who promised to take my number off of their call list, but it did no good, as I'm still getting daily calls. I just tried to *60 their number, but I can't get it to work . I'm considering legal action against this company.

I've received several calls from this number (800-711-0454) and finally actually answered yesterday for the first time - explained that I'm not the person they are looking for and they assured me my number would be removed from their system.  Well guess what!  I got another call today.  I guess I'll just continue to not answer from now on.  Caller ID only displays '800 Service' but it's a debt collector.

I just got this # a month ago & a scripted message says I am trying to collect a debt call Kevin Monroe@ 1-800-711-0454. I don't owe anyone how do I get rid of these people calling?

TIRED OF THESE CALLS.....GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! Find a hobby!!!!!!!!! Go and live in a corner and wait for a grilled cheese sandwich!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully, by the time you get this sandwich it will be nice and moldy to your liking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We all have other things to do with our time and not wanting to be bothered by pinons- IE- morons!!!!!!!!!!
