- LeslieReceive this call twice or even three times a day from this number, only to get machine voice with nonsense content. Can't take it anymore.
- cougar replies to SusanDo what I do. Answer the phone. If it is a live person...not a recording...blow a whistle into their ear as loud as you can. I came home one evening to find 21 calls from the same number that started as early as 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM. The next day when that number appeared on my caller ID...I answered and got a live person and let go with that whistle.
- cougar replies to Sandy FillmoreAlso, when you call this idiot Kevin or any of those toll free numbers...your phone number shows up on their caller ID. That's when the phone calls really start. That's why I don't return the calls. Keep a whistle by your phone...answer it...if it is a live person instead of a recording....blow as loud as you can in their ear. It will stop.
- cougar replies to Melinda CarterKeep a whistle by your phone...answer it...if it is a live person instead of a recording...blow as loud as you can in their ear...it will stop. There is nothing they can do about it because they called you...you didn't call them.

- labomba replies to B. SmithKevin Monroe is a "code name" indicating they called you and you are calling them back regarding a debt. They will call anyone who owes $$ or someone who might be related or have a similar name to someone who does. Don't give any information. If you owe---pay--either in full or settle it (IN WRITING).
If you don't owe OR if they have the wrong person, ask them to take your # off the call list. If they persist, tell them you need their address. After they give you the address, let them know that you will be writing a letter telling them to cease and desist with the phone calls or you will seek legal action if you get one more call. - tired of scammersThis number calls about once a week - when you call the 800 number I'm wondering if it's some kind of pay phone line where they try to keep you on to run up charges. Yikes.

- sal replies to myothercoolemail@gmail.comobviosly u should call back, how the hell do they know they have the wrong number then
- horsegal replies to Sandy FillmoreI agree that if there IS a bill owed we should have a letter showing it from NCO. There is none. We have decided not to respond to some random recording that could easily be a hoax. At the very least, if it REALLY is a debt collector, they are very unprofessional.
How can we take a company using a robot recording seriously?
If they want a conversation about these debts, get a live person, push those buttons, and be RESPECTFUL.
Most people dont realize a bill has been moved to debt collectors until its too late.
Usually its because they are in some form of life-altering trauma.
NO one wants that on their record, so most people will take care of it as soon as they know.........
IF they are financially able!
Good luck, and God bless everyone in need.
