If you call the number you reach "Free 411".  Sounds like you listen to an ad then ask for a number.
This number is linked to 800-410-1660 & 800-513-4090 which both play ads (the kind that SPAM your cell number).

Yeah this same SCAM, just charged my card $99.00 and the name is Mark of Health, called my bank, they shared  Mark of Health (Muscle) and gave me this number : 866-661-6050 ' sales pitch ' after sales pitch, never ended, after entering # pound sign 8 times that the recording told their number was changed to 800-712-6600 and the same scenario began ' pitch after pitch ... Never was directed to a operator or Rep at the end of this BS this system hung up on me ..  It needs to be " REPORTED " to BBB,  FBI, to all depts that handle scams ..  I get the fun job of canceling my bank card so I don't get billed again by these " SCAM ARTIST " because its apparent there is no way to contact them ..   Attention : People reading this POST  " DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PHONE NUMBERS SHOWN, ITS A SCAM AND YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY AS I JUST DID ($99.00) ..

My bank has nothing on these people, no address, just these Phony contact numbers 866-661-6050 / 800-712-6600

I obviously bought something from them on a ' TRIAL ' basis, looked at my bank statement and saw this charge on my bank card : MarkofHealth LLC 03/02/2018  for $99.00
Called my bank and all they had on this transaction was a phone number, no address 866-661-6050

So, you don't remember buying anything from them on a "trial" basis?  Does this happen often?  If so, you might want to get that problem checked out by a professional.

I gave them person on the other end the number of an empty account as a matter of fact , it's in the black.

I gave a  number to a card that's so empty. I want them to pay my  card. I'm hoping that they my balance. I asked if I couldn't  get  a government card. Question was about deleted..

I called Frontier communication 1 800 921 8101 for customer service and was asked if I wanted a FREE $100 gift card from a favorite store.  No option but to answer an age question and I won a card -- only send them $2 first or push * to continue ( ad after ad). Then finally - "The number you called has been changed in your area to  1 800 712 6600".  I looked the no. up and find nothing but trouble and hung up to try again. Same thing. Somehow by MY CALLING a number my call was redirected.  I tried Frontier's no. the next day and got thru.

I called TWcable customer service and was told the humber had changed  to 8007126600. I called that number and was told by operator that holder requested no reception. (?)

Don't know who they are charged my account every month for 18.99 tried calling bunch of ads I hit # 8 time until the recording said the number is not in service in your area. Something need to be done about these scheme artists 18007136600

I would go to my Bank and change account first.
