If you an ADT customer, they should already know whether you have their monitoring.

Received text stating my monitoring system needs conversion to communicate with ADT. Call 800.724.9118. I did not respond.

I received the same text.  Have not responded.  Will call ADT tomorrow.

I received an email purportedly from ADT, asking me to call 800-724-9118 to obtain a mandatory update.  Due to my suspicion this was a phishing email, I did not respond.

Received an email and text message regarding ADT mandatory update and to call (800) 724-9118 to schedule an in home visit. Will call them directly on their customer service number.

Received a card in the mail with this phone number today, stating that my ADT system needs a replacement of my cellular communicator. I did not call. Seems suspicious. Will call the ADT number I have tomorrow.

called number its out of service... probablly scam all links in email go to one place that downloads malware.

Then why are you even here? Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?

Received a text regarding mandatory upgrade. Seemed suspicious so googled the number. Its a scam.
