They've called me for 6 months now - 2-3 times a week, sometimes twice a day. I tell 'em no thanks, and they'll take me 'out of the system'. Then the computer calls again.

So I've started callin' them, over and over and over. They don't even pick up for me since they know it's me(the computer that calls you knows who you are). So somebody there picked up, and put me through to some high-up. He said if I call again, he's gonna' report me. You think you can do that BEFORE your computer calls me again? Or after?

Tried to get to manager, put on endless hold. Called back, acted like I was interested. Spoke with Noelle, and she told me the name of the company is "Dealer Services Corporation." Googling that returned "enaws.com". I found out that their customer service number is 800.649.1856.

Got a phone call from this number and i did'nt answer.  Called back and Chance told me they were an  extended warranty dealer for vehicles.  I asked him to take my name off the calling list and he started in about giving me a good price for the warranty.  Told him I wasn't interested and he hung up on me or so I thought.  I continued to say that if he called again i would report him to the sheriffs dept in town, not that it would do any good.

Same as Denise.  But I have been told I was taken off their list several times and they continue to call.  I have filed 2 worthless complaints with the FTC's Do-Not-Call Registry.  I have been on the do-not-call list since 04/07.  I called the FTC and after an endless series of recordings, I got to talk to someone who knew nothing and after I persisted in demanding answers, I got to speak to a supervisors who knew a wee bit more than nothing.  Thier canned response is, “While we do not resolve individual consumer disputes, your complaint, comment, or inquiry may help us spot a pattern of law violations requiring law enforcement action. It can also help us recognize and tell people about larger trends affecting consumers.”  I called Dealer Services again from a different phone pretending to be interested and was able to get their mailing address---100 Mall Parkway, Wentzville, MO 63385.  411.com shows the phone number to be National Auto Warranties, (636) 639-1620. Calling them now...

Automated caller warns your car warranty is running out. (On no-call list since 2003.)When asked he tried to tell me ("Richard") that he was in my town. He must have gotten that from my area code. He also tried to tell me his number was 1-800-97jenny. I may try to google that. He also wanted me to accept a confirmation number which I refused. Afterward, I was concerned he may have some way of charging fees to phone through your provider. I'm going to check my phone bill. GDHEinc above probably has right name of National Auto Warranties with the address, 50 Centre On

I am being harrassed by this annoying call from a computer. My husband was home when he picked up on the third call for that day. He actually is considering buying an extended warranty. I got another call from the computer and I pressed 1 to speak with a representative.I was connected to a women. I was going to let her know to take me off the calling list because my husband was already speaking to a Nick about a purchase. Before I could finish my sentence she hung up on me. I called back and told her that I was disconnected. I then asked her for the name of the company, and her name, she hung up on me again! I called back and waited for her to answer. I picked up her name at the beginning of our conversation and I hung up on her and called Nick and left a message to let him know about her rudeness and that we would not be buying an extended warranty from that company because of how rude she was.

This company calls our number several times a week. I called back and Greg immediately asked for the make and model. I ignored him and asked to be removed, as I have been on the Do not call list for years. He hung up on me and then I heard a message stating I can be on the do not call list Obviously I am on the list, so if this happens to you, please go online and file a complaint www.donotcall.gov/ Just type your number and theirs; it literally takes 30 seconds. Hopefully this unscrupulous company will be forced to pay attention. Obviously the owner didn't get the love he needed as a child, so let's all send him a little.

I've been getting calls from this number the last few days.  I did the blocked private and blocked calls and did the do not call list.  This is the first number i've got in a while.  I never answer.  They call every day 1-3 times.  I just called the number to see if it was someone I actually needed to talk to, got a message saying they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. after reading all these comments I see its no one I want to talk to.

Wow you are just so smart. TO figgure out a company's owner was an unloved child. Some people crack me up. The national call list is so full of loop holes it isnt funny. So it is not the ultimate guardian of your phone. And why would you choose to connect with a represenative whose only goal is to get the service going for you when your not intrested. You make as much sence as [***] driving up to the Mc Donalds drive through window. Waiting for the rep to say (welcome to Mc donalds may I take your order? ) Than tell him no I am only here waiting in this line to tell you I have no intrest in buying your food. This is ho wmuch sence you make

Before accusing someone of being [***], you may want to learn to correctly spell the following very basic words:

    figure (not "figgure")
    representative (not "represenative")
    interested (not "intrested")
    sense (not "sence")
    interest (not "intrest")
    then (not "than")

Let me guess -- public schools, right?

For some reason, many shady companies selling bogus auto warranties use an autodialer to randomly call people at home with prerecorded messages. These particular prerecorded calls are specifically forbidden by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

The recorded message usually informs the consumer in dire tones that the company has have tried "repeatedly" to reach you before your car's warranty expires. And that the call is "the last notice." Of course, the idea is to make it sound like a debt collection call, or something awful is going to happen unless you respond to their call.

In truth, the telemarketer has no idea to whom they placed the call. It's all random cold calling with a prerecorded message...and entirely illegal.

The FCC enforces the TCPA, and you can easily report these calls online to them at this link:
    https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do

    Good luck!

Why would anyone want to buy something from a company that breaks the law in the manner that they contact prospective customers and lies in their sales presentation regarding warranty expiration?

Maybe you should call the number, buy the warranty and report back to us. :o)

I didn't get a call, I got a letter in the mail from DS Dealer Services listing this phone number: 800-637-1665 with a return address of: 100 Mall Parkway, Wentzville, MO 63385

Turns out as a Vehicle Warranty Company they've had so many complaints that they're on file with MAJOR NEGATIVES with the Better Business Bureau, also because of them, the Missouri State Legislature is considering legislation requiring registration & regulation of companies such as this one!  So BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!  I've put the BBB link below so you can all read it for yourselves
