This is a Company that tries to trick you into buying worthless Extended Warranties for your automobile.  They will try collecting information from you over the phone including your credit card number (DO NOT GIVE THEM) as well as the CID number on the back of your credit card (DO NOT GIVE, its like your signature).  

My mother was scammed by this company.  Even though she told them she WASN'T interested, and NOT to charge her card for the service, they went ahead and charded her ~$300 for a warranty plan (SHE DIDN'T WANT OR APPROVE OF!!!).  After 3 months of phone calls, complaints to the Better Business Beaureau, to our State legislators, etc., and endless investigation paperwork with her credit card company, she was FINALLY refunded the $300.

End of the line, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION.  They will take whatever information you give them and try to charge you for a Bogus Extended Warranty on your car and the hassle of cancelling it / refunding it of your credit card is a NIGHTMARE.

And now that we were vindicated and got our refund back, we still get multiple daily, harassing, phone calls from this number where nobody says anything when you answer the phone, as if they're taunting us, or seeking some sort of revenge.

They take no responsabiliy for their acts or those of their employes. No suprise. Who does anymore.

I get calls from this number about 3-4 times a month.  I spoke with them the very first call and declined the offer they had for the vehicle warranty.  The second time they called I told them I said no thank you and do not call.  I am still receiving calls from them.

I get a call from this number at least twice a day. This has been going on for a month now. I am extremely annoyed!

Saw the commercial and called them to see how legit they were. Found out what they were about and decided it was not for me. They are a extended warranty company for  older vehicles. Anyway, the said that once the conversation ended that it would be too late to make a deal with me. I told them whatever and hung up. Ever since that conversation took place I can't get rid of them. They call 1-2 times a week.

We should all get together and file a mass law suit against the company, I bet that will stop them.  ANybody know a lawyer that will take them on ?

The company is US Fidelis for 800-724-9586.

They are constantly calling my husbands phone after we told them we did NOT want their warrenty plan.  Most of the time there is nobody on the line.

said they were u.s. fedelity wanting to insure my car said the warranty ran out  ya  I do noy have it anymore people

US Fidelis for those who are plagued with calls from this number

Pushy salesman selling car warrenty.

My husband and I keep receiving telephone calls from 800-724-9586. When we answer the phone, they hang up. This is totally annoying and I would like it stopped!

that must be true. ive called them once to try and get a quote for my car. after i found out that my car needed to be checked out for see if its running i just figured this was way too involved to just get a quote. so i hung up, and they have been calling me every other day. do not call us fidelis if your not serious about the car warranty

Got the call today on my cell. I did not advertise my cell,  and it was registered with the DNC.gov registry. If they don't want a bad reputation, they should stop calling people. If they keep this up, no-one will want to use US Fidelis, because people like us will put bad remarks all over the net and give them BAD PR/advertising.  (yes there is such thing as BAD press- especially if the US Fedelis CEO or members get indicted in federal court.)

Got a call from them today.
Apparently it is U.S. FIDELIS trying to sell me a car warranty.
