These people call me on my cell phone when I am at work and cannot answer it, and leave a voicemail in Spanish. Hello, I thought this was America, and we speak ENGLISH!!! Then I call and they can only tell me to answer the next time they call and tell them I am not who they are looking for, which I can't do, cuz I am at work when they call.

This number is for Sears Card operated by Citi and is based in Sioux Falls South Dakota. I was given a P.O. Box 6276 to write to to complain and it is shown on the Citi/Sears Card website, too.

This number is a scam. They somehow know your name. I recently opened a CITI Sears card.
Somehow they knew this. They said my bill was 14 days over due and asked if I wanted to pay it off today at no cost to me. They asked for a bank account, or another card to use. I played along and gave them bunk info, then I asked them how could my account be 14 days over and I just got the 1st statement. The guy could not say. He said their pc system takes a while to update with such info. Please...so I played along. He kept asking me questions and when I would ask why he did not have it already, he said, he was simply verifying for security reasons. Yes, they did call in spanish, so at first I spoke to them in spanish, then every so often I'd respond in english and the guy understood because he would respond. At one point I kept speaking in English and him in spanish. It was funny.
Then when I asked him for this info, he gave me legit citibank info. I got his so called badger number, and name but no one at Citibank could find such a person. Basically they'll give you real CITI info, but they are not calling from CITI. Just hang up on them. Call the 800 number back. Then tell them you don't speak Spanish. They first play the part, but eventually they'll speak English. Then play along, they'll ask for your card number, don't give it to them. but ask for a manager, or the fact that you don't believe its CITI you are calling. They simply say, thank you for the call and hang up on you.

I get calls from this number repeatedly (which I never answer).  I figure an 800 number is a telemarketer, so I just ignore it.

Guess what? America is not only USA. America includes North America, Central America and South America. Central America and South America are Spanish speaking countries. Just to let you know.

this number isn't a scam if you owe money they'll call you. I DON'T owe them a cent at the moment and they're calling me so I suggest answer it if you don't owe them, tell them to stop calling you and you know that it's recorded and if they ignore it then you'll sue because you are recording them too.

    Disgusted
I've gotten 26 calls from this number in the last 2 weeks. I answered the first two times to say hello, and then been greeted and spoken to in Spanish, which I relpied "sorry wrong number" and hung up. After that I have not answered. I've gotten a few voicemails of silence for about 5 seconds, and just today, a voicemail of what sounded like a male masturbating. Needless to say, I'm disgusted.

Today I have received 6 calls from this number.  It is 8pm and just got another.  Is this legal, it sounds like harrassment to me.  I've told them to take my number off their list, I'm not interested in whatever they are offering.

I DO have a Citi/Sears account, but I called them and they don't know anything about this, so it is definitely illegitimate and apparently been going on for years, so I'm going to do my best to report them and get them taken out.  I work for a federal law enforcement agency - they messed with the wrong person this time!

I am so sick of this number calling me. We just got our phone number a month ago and NONE of us speak Spanish. They call at all hours of the day and late into the evening waking my children up. I have called them back six times today alone, telling them that we are not who they are looking for and to take my number out of their system. I hope it stops soon, or I'm going to have to take further action. RIDICULOUS!!
