They call my cellphone almost daily. I never answer. They never leave a message.

Can't possibly be legit collections, because I don't owe anyone anything.
Can't be legit credit cards because I don't have any.
Probably not a legit company because they never leave messages.

(Still can't figure out why you don't have "scam" as one of the "Call Types"!)

Every morning at 8:10 am - and it is a work #!  This has been going on for 3 weeks!!!

i did not request info from this company, i am not Spanish, and want them to quit calling my number........

They just keep calling me three to four times a day and when I do answer, they either stay quiet or they hang up.

Thank you E A for your helpful insight since I don't speak Spanish and they left me this long message in Spanish as well as calling my answering machine all day long thereafter.  I don't have a citi sears card and my phone number is registered on the do not call list.  I reported their phone number on the FCC website.  whatever their organization is supposed to be doing hopefully they will have to answer for it.

So today I blocked their number, hopefully they will stop

I have been receiving these calls constantly for over a week now. They don't use my name, and I have told them every time that they are calling the wrong person, I have called them back and asked them to take my number off the list, my husband has called and complained. Every time they apologize and promise the calls will stop. Now that I see it's a scam I will be contacting my lawyer to try and get the calls stopped.

I have no problem with any language spoken by any people, but when you try to shove that circus crap into people's head, thats when I have a problem. Me no comprende espaniol.

These people from 1-800-733-0814 must not be invading the privacy of the people.  I received more than 6 or 7 calls daily either on my home phone or my cell.  Is there is any  goverment agency who stop these people or company?  They call and hang up if somebody answer.

I also received the same call, but if it shows as  1-800-733-0814 on my caller ID, it will then leave a recorded message in spanish, but other times it shows up as an unknown number on my caller ID then someone live is on the line. One time I decided to answer this unknown number and it was a female person who spoke spanish asking for my wife. I then asked her; "Who is this speaking?" , since she never said who she was only that she was from Citibank Corp. I then told her that she was not home and if I could be of any assistance. She then said no and hung up. My wife does have a Sears Mastercard from Citibank, and she failed to give this past Novembers payment, only because she had to go out of town during that payment period and she asked me to make it for her. And sure enough, I blew it. I failed to make the payment. When she returned, I let her know what happened, and man did I get an ear full! But the bottom line is that she is only 11 days past due as of the payment due date, yet they have her being overdue by 36 days which they are full of it. Yes my wife is going to pay not only the past due amount, but the current amount as well. I don't think that they should be calling so many times during the day and night. But I've noticed that what these people really want is for you to give personal info on the phone which I do not ever do. On the December statement it already states if she does not pay soon she could lose her credit card all together; it is already currently suspended. I hope that with this payment, that the card will be reactivated again, but if it gets canceled, we don't care. We have heard a lot of negative things about Citibank and we really don't want to deal with their craziness.

Go to donotcall.gov and register your telephone number. After a period of time, you will have most call stopped. If they do continue to call, you may be able to sue them. This doesn't apply to charities, surveys, or businesses with which you have an estbalished relationship, or bill collectors. When they call, ask them to remove you from their calling list and to cease calls to your number. They are required by law to do so.

This phone number call about 8 times a day to my daughter cell im reported in many ocation and today i made a report to the police department im tired of this.

Must be Turd Service calling you from Central America. Too bad these freaks can't grow a spine and find a legit way to make money. They want to remain slaves to a bigger crook(s).
