DRS Bonded 800-735-7952 contacted me. Most likely  for a hospital debt owed by my recently deceased brother. If I get a chance to explain to them 'duh'  He's dead! and they continue to harass me they will find I do not like to be jerked around. Receivables Performance Management tried that act and I put the law firm Warren & Vullings LLP on thier BUTTS and within 4 days the calls stopped. I received calls from them for two years. If the calls are harassing or untrue find Warren & Vullings by doing an internet search. If they are violating the FDCPA rules then they are breaking the law. Warren and Vullings charges nothing (NOTHING) to the plaintiff. All fees are paid by the defendent. You can also, if the case warrants it, win money. Nice!!!!  If DRS Bonded continues to call and harass they will have a lawsuit presented to them by my favorite law firm. Good Luck.

Called and the number showed up as unknown. They left a voice mail so I called back out of sheer boredom. A woman answered the phone, I didn't respond. She was looking for Martha Davis. I don't know a Martha Davis. The woman was very rude and told me to turn my hearing aide up. No lie. She was so rude I just put the phone on speaker and let her ramble on and on....

These uneducated African Americans called a business cell phone and left messages. Called back and told to removed number, they laughed and said no luck.  I threatened to turn over to attorney and Kentucky Attorney General, they said have fun finding them.  I hope after I trun number over to Jack Conway, our Kentucky Attorney General, that he finds them.

Yes, these people are like the scum of the earth. I've tried comparing them to rats, lice, leaches, but unfortunately such comparisons are a disservice to rats, lice, and leaches. These calls have been going for over two and a half years. And, they are not for me, but for the previous owner of my cell phone number. When you wait to connect to them, they are rude and nasty... truly scum.

However, "thank you" to the "Tired of Idiots." I wonder if there's class action suit potential here. They call during work (I teach). It's disruptive and also cost me money (in cell minutes).

Sounds like a bunch of tital harrassment or crap!!!!!!! I received a call today - for another person- how they ever got my number I will not know - we were gone - the message went something like this - "This call is for .... - if you are not......, hang up now ........" - Yeah - you bet!!-- The caller went on to say they were looking for ...and to please call this number -- what a bunch of b.s. -- Debt collecting used to be an honorable and honest job -- I know -- used to handle it for a large corporation -- I would have lost my job had I used this kind of sleaze ball attitude....these people need to be put out of business -- if I receive another call like this, I will call my state attorney general.....but first I will call the number and let them know I am doing just that.......

Number didn't show up as 800.735.7952, it showed up as 000.000.0000. They left a message of course, but the funny thing is we were just given this number by our new phone company yesterday. We don't owe any debt, and don't know how they got our number. We don't live in Ohio either, so why are they calling us in Wisconsin? If there isn't a way to get us off their calling list, and they don't answer when we attempt to call them, how do we get them to stop?

I still have no idea why they called me. When I called back they asked for my name and phone number. Then they hang up. Rude and money eaters.

i recieved a call from 800-735-7952 saying i needed to call back. im not sure who this is and why but they left a ref# for me to use. i cant trust calls anymore cause when it is a legit company i may think it it is ascam since i recieve calls everyday from weird places.  half the time the people do not speak clear english they sound foreign and im not sure what to do. i hate living like im in fear of not knowing what is or isnt real.

I talked to a guy nemd Jason and he was horrible and threatened litigation on a debt from First Consumers Bank or First National Consumers Bank and I don't rememer ever having an account with them. I'm scared they are going to ruin my credit.

Got a call from them today claiming I owe the gas company for a bill on an apartment I lived in 5 years ago. The guy said to me, "I think you're lying that you say this is the first you've heard of this debt. It's been through four creditors. It has destroyed your credit." It is a $97 bill and, yes, this is the first I've heard of it.

I understand that they're doing their jobs but I asked the gentleman to curb the attitude.

Received a call from 0000000 number, left a message to call Mr. Walker immediatly at 800-735-7952. This is a third party collection call, part of Check N Go.  Have reported Check N Go to FTC and State attorney Generals office in Ohio.  Check N Go did not respond to complaint.  
I am reporting this call to FTC.  
Threats made against me.

I was told to call this number 800-735-7952 and to call a Miss Green, with ref. # 14230385. Didn't say who they are with and the number comes up "withheld". As long as it comes up that way they will not get a call from me. I don't call any numbers that I don't know or the message that is left to call them, because you never know who is trying to get your information so that they can use it against you. So whoever it is they need to stop, because I WILL NOT CALL YOU.

These D.Bags called my house with a recorded message.There was no info on the person or company calling.They said push one to hold for an operator.When you push one,it says "sorry,no one is here,leave your name and phone number,and we will be in touch."They also play a pre-recorded message with no identifing names stating this is for your "Personal important business".If it is so damn important-tell me your F-----g name and the company you are with.I have opened a case against them with the N.C. Attorney Generals office.See you in Hell-Losers!

Received a phone call from a 000 number left recorded message - Calling about important personal matter in our office.  Please call Mr. Walker at 800-735-7952.   Yesterday I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General Office.

This is a third party collection agency for Check N Go.   Violation of Collection Rules.  
Report them ASAP to FTC.   If anyone knows of a Class Action Law Suit against this company go after them and CheckNGo.  They lost one Class Action Law Suit a few years ago.
