DRS Bonded called my house looking for my ex. Told them he hadn't lived there for 4 years but gave all his contact information and said they'd remove my # from the file.

I received a call from drs saying we owed check n go for an installment loan for 2500 we did have a loan that defaulted i told them I could pay 133 a month and they said they won't take it and they will sue me, can they sue me in Texas or garnish my wages?

After receiving the call once a day, and reading all of these messages, I decided to call back and see what was up, try to end the calls. After pressing 0 for operator instead of trying to connect to "Mr Walker", the lady asked me my name. I politely asked her why she needed my name if they were trying to reach me. She wanted to see if I was the person they were really trying to reach or if they just had the wrong number. I gave her only my first name and it wasn't a match so she politely thanked me and apologized for the time and hung up.

For both my cell phone and home phone, the previous owners were really bad in debt but I have found the easiest way to stop the calls is politely talk to the people calling and they really will stop calling.

Off topic here but hope I can get an answer,or some direction.
I know I am leaving it to the last minute.
I have to go to court on the 28 of Feb to to an evict...He is trying to get me for 9500.00.
I left the place spotless as I live that way in the first place.
He is crazy.
I left the place cleaner than it was and in better repair than when I moved in.
I have Pics.
What a mess I'm in, got any remarks. other than get a lawyer to late for that and can't afford one.
Help or at least make me feel better.

I received a call from this number to my cell phone when i answer nobody said anything it went to a recordingthat give this number. I call the number back and Gail answered the phone did not identify a company she was looking for somebody name annette, i told her that this is not a number where annette can be reached she proceed to scream how was i supposed to know that if you just breath on the phone and hung up. not sure who this company.

I received a call from this number, except that they did not say they were DRS Bonded. The caller said her name is Michelle from Airway Capital. My caller id says 513-793-7900. And yes, they said to discuss a personal matter regarding a judgement that has been presented to them. I though judgements came from courts, not debt collectors.

Number now belongs to Fairway Capital Recovery. Not sure if a DBA or they bought them out or what.

These people are rude and I don't even know what they are calling about. They didn;t leave any information but a ref# to refer too? No company name, nothing? Rude

Check into how old the debt is. Maybe look into your credit report. They are not allowed to call your job. Nor allowed to call your home before 8 AM or after 9 PM

Got a call from this number...pretty sure is a scam related to a fraudulent payday loan company that has been plaguing me for a few months now. Sounded legit but had incorrect information

Great advice!! I also received a call from this number to my work and they also called my sister. I have never, ever put down my sister on any finicial application or reference. Ticked me off big time...I'm going to call them after work and let them know they cannot call my work anymore (by law they have to quit calling you at work if you tell you are not allowed to take personal calls ). Second, I'll send the cease and desist letter to keep them from contacting me by phone and ask for proof of debt. After that, if they really want to take you to court then they will have to hire a lawyer and serve you with a summons.

Know your rights! And don't collection agencies bully you into paying debt you do not owe.
