Obviously you have never read any type of law and have absolutely no concept of any legal matter.  It is not illegal to get taken to collections as HIPPA has no bearing on it.  For that matter, HIPPA specifically says that information can be released to obtain payment, otherwise every doctor, hospital, and any other type of medical treatment facility/lab would be completely out of business.  Try learning before posting stupidity.  Now one other thing, if you want to argue then go right ahead but I can prove everything I just wrote about by citing the source.  So you will have to do the same, something I know you won't be able to do.
