these calls are from Professional Account Services, Inc., a collection agency located in Brentwood, TN. It appears they handle collections for outstanding medical bills, and probably other things.

Some calls are from human ("Mrs Fredericks", "Samaya") and there are more than 3 recorded messages with different voices asking for a call back.

Called again during daytime hours when no one was home, and di dnot leave a message.

constant recordings on my voicemail. same messages as reported above. automated system requires you to enter in the last 4 digits of your ss#. don't know who these people are. refuse to give my ss# to strange recordings. lazy bill collectors. do they really get results this way? doubt it. i'm a bill collector by profession. i should know. i'm in az. you need special licensing in az to collect here. i should check to see if they have that. maybe i can sue them for harrassment and make some money. put their auto-dialer out of business.

These people keep calling my home.  They had better stop as they have the wrong people!

Someone called from this number asking for a callback without identifying themselves.  

I do not return calls to those who do not leave their information.

I receive around 3 calls a day from this agency.  I have explained to them several times that the bill they have is a part of identity theft that happened a few years back.  Even when I tried to provide them with documentation they refused to listen.  I requested a supervisor and they said there was no supervisor.  Bottom line is they harass you and then refuse to listen or help you in any way.

For illegally getting my unlisted telephone number, for harrassing up to 8 times a day, for contacting a neighbor who we have known only a few months and is very ill to ask her to have us call you, you have been reported to the NJ Attorney general, the telephone company and NJ public Utilities complaint.

I don't know how anyone can sleep working in this type of business, harrassing elderly people with cancer. Perhaps you would rather we didn't get medical treatment or drugs and just pay our bills until we die.

Left a message on my cell phone for a person who is NOT at this number.  I tried to call back to let them know that person is not at this number and spoke with a "Ms. Wilson" and she was exceptionally rude to me.  Why is she being rude to ME??  I'm not the one who didn't pay the bills!

Its called a dailer. And yes it leaves you a automated vm, if there is nt a collector ready for the call. For those of you who dont knw the FDCPA laws. Since they are thrid party then they can nt leave the company name, nor the reason why they are calling. They also get all of your contact information from the hosptials. So if you don't answer then they will call the other contact. For those of you complaining about getting your unlisted #...Thats the # that you gave the hosptial to contact you. Its funny the ones that say that they are bill collector then they should know how the collections are done. They also have all of there license in ALL THE STATES they collect in. I like the way there are so many people who dont knw the laws or do there research.

Do you expect to get free treatment? Do you not pay your electric bill or phone bill..umm you can pay other bills but not your medical bill....

You are right...If you just hang up then they dont knw if its you are the person they are collecting on.

i got a call from this number and was told that i had a bill for such and such but was never given an account number . they just asked to speak to so and so, so i picked up the phone. then was asked for address. Not sure if this is a scam or what. but would like to know if its real or not. I am not giving credit card info over the phone let alone any other info about me. Someone lets stop this harassment.

1-800-755-5152. Call multiple times a day and I get nothing but dead air when I pick up the phone. I even pick it up after 2 rings and again dead air. They never leave a message even on the calls when I might not be home. I do not know who they are other than annoying.

1-800-755-5152. Calls almost every day but never leaves a message. When I do pick up I get nothing except dial tone or dead line. The  a click and a dial tone. These people are a pain. Must be using automatic dialers.

This number called me. I called back and explained that I had no debt they insisted on me giving them my social. I gave them my first name and the number they dialed and they said they made a mistake and wouldnt call again. 2 weeks later they are back at it again. Collection agencies are definitely a business our government should shut down. Let the banks and consumers work something out.

800-755-5152. These people call everyday including Sunday. I tell them I never heard of the person they ask for, but that must be too heavy for them to remember. I am on DNC lists and will write to the Tenn Attorney General's office today and the FTC. If you ask them how stupid they are - they hang up. Google them and they are collecting medical bills as Professional Account Services. If you call them back they put you on hold and never return to the line. RUDE PEOPLE!

it is a true place and it is not harassment because you owe the bill pay it at the hospital and then you wont get calls these people are just trying to set up an arragment with you or get your insurance filled if you continue to ignore the calls and not pay they will probably verify your poe and pursue legal action!
