Received 2 phone calls - My husband too saying that there is illegal activity with my social security number. That was 2 weeks ago. Today a phone call from the same number...online it says it is for the social security division.

I have had 3 calls today from this number. This is the social security office notifying me that my SSN has been suspended due to suspicious activity. Press 1 to speak to a representative.

I received a phone call this morning a couple times and I called them back to realize the Social Security Office was closed today due to inclement weather.  They called again and it was a man with an Indian accent telling me there's suspicious activity on my SS# and it was shut down. He asked for my name and I asked him how could he be calling me when the Office is closed, he hung up on me before he got my information!!!
This is VERY DISTURBING as some people don't know not to give out their information.
I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO SOCIAL SECURITY TOMORROW!!

Hang up on random calling foreigners as soon as you notice an accent. Suspect they're up to no good and end the call without conversation. You can report it, but don't expect much progress. These clowns use serious situations such as IRS and SS because most all are in the middle East and out of danger of being caught. Just got a call from this number for the 4th time today. They asked to verify my name when I asked what exactly this was in regards to the lady hung up.... will be blocking them now

Went to Social Security Office gave the phone number. It's a scam

Just got a call too, I was gonna mess with them but they never picked up so I can speak to a live person lol

SS SCAM - they called at 6:41am - dweeb crooks with no manners!.

This was a recorded message that they had suspended my SS # due to suspicious activity and to press 1 for more information

First call was from (601)324-0986 I did not answer. A robotic sounding voicemail was left saying there was suspicious activity concerning my Social Security Number and it has been suspended, press 1. The next day at 6:45 am PT they called from 1(800)772-6270 with same message.

Same as everyone else my SSN has been suspended. Your social security number can't be suspended, but can very well be stolen. I gave no response back not wasting my time or playing their game.

Please do not answer any call if you don’t identify the number I receive the same massage on my answering machine I ignore it they all are bunch of theafs and never give any information on phone government never call they always send the letter it’s in the news,one of my friend told them that she like to be arrested never been in jail so they hang up.
