You are right, as I don't have any debts I am not paying, as I have two jobs, plus I am going to school.  So I don't know why they would be calling be.  So, with all of that going on, there is no way I could be classified as a Dead Beat...and at least I can spell.

They're dead beats because they haven't payed for a while. Loan places dont go to that lengths after they haven't payed for a while. If you don't know how to live within your means, don't use credit.

Have you noticed the economy is in the [***] right now. Maybe some people can't afford to pay even the smallest bill because of that. Maybe you should try common courtesy and understanding before you put others down. Karma is a [***] you know and it will come back for you.

Sounds like you know a little something about these people.  Seems to me you're the dead beat and it makes you feel better by calling others the same.

Have been getting calls from Collectcorp about a past due charge from Chase Card services.  I have never had an account with Chase, as verified by multiple calls to Chase Card departments, and have no outstanding debts outside of my personal bank.  I requested that Collectcorp tell me the nature of the charge..ie what item was purchased, what location was the charge made from or service provided and they said they didn't have that information.  I have never received any letters from either Chase or Collectcorp and their phone agents are not keeping track of when they call us or what was I stated to them about this issue.....Just more harassing calls
The next day I got another call from them asking for my wife and they gave me the same story.....Sounds like a scam to me....

Who are you to call people deadbeats?  You can't even spell.  I'd rather be an educated "deadbeat" then a [***] like you.

They text me "please call Mark at 18007731092"

I will not be calling.  I have no unpaid debts, so this must be a number used my another company, or they have the wrong number.  Seems unprofessional to send an unsolicited text message.

Look [***], first, that "money" is being created out of thin air because
it's NOT money that comes from the depositors within their lending institution.  Second, in order for the credit card "agreement" to be a contract in MUST contain FULL DISCLOSURE AND EQUAL PROTECTION! AS PER
    CONTRACT LAW!  IF NOT,
IT'S ILLEGAL and they can go shite in a hat., and third jp morgan just
received bailout money FROM US in the billions.

This has been a message from the wake the fuk up corporation.
EXPOSING THE BS ONE TURD (rite wing wack job) AT A TIME!

    Thank You.

I have been receiving calls from these people and they are at best "unprofessional."  They come across as someone who is running a telephone scam and go straight for your personal information.  The fair debt collection act requires that they identify who they are.  The recording you get when you call the number sounds like it starts in the middle and is telling you about the call being recorded and before it gets back to the beginning where you think it would identify the Company name they pick up the phone.  A guy named Richard has answered every time I called and he does not seem to know what the call is about.  He transfers me to another man that does not speak good English and has a name that most Americans cannot pronounce and even when I asked who is this, he repeats his name again in a way that I can not understand.  When I asked "Who are you working for, he said they were collecting a debt for Chase.  At no time during the call did anybody ever identify the Company name that they were working for.  They simply said that they were collection a debt for Chase and went back to demanding my SS# which I will never give them.  Then they wanted my mailing address and I refused to give that to them also.  I checked my status with Chase and all is good.  So I ran my credit report and all is good there also.  I was convinced that they were running a telephone scam trying to get personal information to steal my identity until the calls kept coming every day.  Then I searched for info on them and found this.  I do not owe anything and I am being harassed by these "less than decent" individuals.

Too many calls asking for a relative and refuse to give details, also keep calling my private number no matter how many times I ask them to take my number of the list. Very disturbing and very rude they say it is against the law to disclose why they keep calling but it is against the law to use my unpublished number.

    Dumbfounded
I received a recorded message call from a "Mr. Gupalov" that was extremely rude. This recording, which could have been played to anyone who answered the phone, had a caller ID that is a local number (and is not listed as a working number). I have a letter here from CollectCorp.... and yep, this number and that name are on it.

One more thing. I mailed a C&D letter to them, and have the green return card right here AND a reply letter stating they would contact the creditor for a validation.

These jerks don't play by the rules, and are clearly worse than us "Deadbeats" who they chase after.
