Received calls several days in a row, morning time.  No answer, then busy signal.

I called the number back and it answered with a message stating they are the National Black Chamber of Commerce. (www.nationalbcc.org/) That 800 number is not listed on their website at all. If it is legit why would the number not be associated at all on any Google search with the National Black Chamber of Commerce? Also why do they not leave a voicemail? Better question: why waste anymore time on them? BLOCK 'EM! There is an option when you call them to remove your number from their call list. I just simply blocked the number myself.  Generally I recommend using your own technology to block unwanted calls, such as an app or if your phone service provider has a website function to block specific calls.

saw 800 #, I answered call with "who is calling, take this # off your calling list". no response. I hung up. I've seen calls from this same # recently. i answer the same.
