I received an incoming call from this number. I don't know who it was.. or why I received the phone call. It just appeared on my bill.

1-800-773-2121 just called me. Is this call a Bell #.  
A cursory search showed this to be a Cust.svc #.
Confirmation anyone?

This caller ask to talk to my dauther boyfriend to collect a false debt.

All nwanted calls go to the DNC list in Canada, and Bell is no acception at all, REPORT THEM !

A favorite new tactic among scammers is to pick an area code, a prefix, and a random set of four numbers for the caller ID, then robo-call everyone within that area code and prefix. The call looks local, and potential victims will be more likely to pick up, thinking someone they know is calling.
Add this to the long list of abuses that Do Not Call, the FCC and FTC do not give a [***] about.
