- Jim| 5 replies1-800-service is sprint. They keep calling my home looking for someone that does not live here or has never lived at my home. They keep calling about a bill for their phone. This company has been told this person does not live here at this address. They have been told I do not know him, but this still does not stop them. They still call at lest one or twice a day looking for him.

- So Upset| 9 repliesI have had service with Sprint for many, many years. Needed their help to block a phone number due to persistent spam calls or something. Had to call Sprint twice to get it done and sure enough. Within 20 minutes I started to get calls from 800-777-4681 which is Sales. When I reversed the call and complained, the associate tried to tell me that I imagined getting these calls.
So you one attempts to get assistance from one's service provider and they add insult to injury by then sending these automatic or robotic calls to further aggravate you even more!!!
Capitalism, WHAT A CONCEPT!!! I am heading to the nearest store where I can buy a bullhorn and the next crank caller will need an ear specialist.- Caller: Sprint

- Darlene A. Smith| 2 repliesI called Sprint at a phone number which I got in my local phone book, and the first option to pick from was "if are you a current Sprint customer press #1, if not press #2"; and I think that may be the problem because I was calling to check on internet rates for Sprint services so naturally I choose #2. I was routed to and spoke to a women from the Philippines who didn't seem to know what she was talking about regarding internet Wi-Fi speed, so I told her to call me back when my daughter was here so I could ask her about it. Sure enough my daughter said what the lady was saying wasn't even possible: she didn't know what the download speed was, and then she stated it was 3 GIGABYTES per second which is virtually impossible according to my daughter. When she called back, she called from the 800-777-4681 number so I decided to look it up and this is how I got here. I hope this helps to stop these people; she was very persistent in attempting to get my debit card number.

- James RozelleKeep getting calls from Sprint sales from 800-777-4681. Called to complain and first they denied this was there number, even after I explained that was the number I called to talk to them. Shortly after I was disconnected. Called again and am now waiting for customer service. Don't expect much.

- Malgus| 1 replyIt is sprint , i had to listen to the Voicemail 5 times to funny understand it , they basically said since i am a loyal customer they were going to give me a special promotion which would entitle me to a 15 dollar credit every month , which i just rolled my eyes and moved on there is probably a catch to it but yeah ... don't care

- John| 1 reply800-777-4681 is Sprint. Of the five calls I have received from this number, NONE speak English fluently, when you ask for someone that does speak ENGLISH, they get upset and hang up on you. I have had Sprint Service since 1995, I am about to close my account. Their service is getting worse every day, their coverage sucks anywhere in the US except metro areas. They need to feel what number 4 in the wireless industry feels like.

- CGLike some of these other reports, because the speaker does not speak English very well, I also had to listen to the voice message quite a few times before I could even understand that they were supposedly called from the customer service center for Sprint. In my case, they said a Mr. Folie was trying to add another line to my Sprint account. I looked up customer service for Sprint on-line and this number is NOT listed as one of their numbers. Could be a scam?!
- Reanna| 2 repliesThey called aand i answered and it was some girl claiming to be calling from france looking for my dad. So i kinda of just was like. This is a spam and hung up because caller ID clearly stated this was a call from somewhere in the USA
- Bars44| 5 repliesSame as all the other folks. Mostly can't unders the caller. Middle Eastern obviously.... Didn't listen to message because I couldn't understand it anyway. So looked up number and found many others complains.
I do have an account with Virgin Mobil. Online there rates and Sprint seems to be their service provider.
I hate...hate talking to those non-english speaking clowns. I usually hank up i f I can't get transfered to someone speaking English in our USA. - David| 1 replyThey were offering an upgrade to a newer phone for $5/month. I am a Sprint customer, so the call made sense to me.
