I spoke to Sprint after this call and they said they will email you or mail something to your house however they will never call you.. This is a SCAM. They also said they will never ask for information that they already have. REMEMBER THAT

Didn’t pick up CID read ‘free toll call’. Yeah, bad grammar in the spoofed CID suggests ‘nope’.

Says they have a big discount offer from Sprint. Telling them about the new phone I recently got from Sprint and had no interest in anything new, he cut me off and still wanted to do a sales pitch to me. Then he asked for someone else...I'm single and live by myself. I hung up!

This is obviously a spam call.  Do not call it back just block it.  Says it is Sprint (it isn't) .

Just had 2 calls from this number both 2 days aho and today.  Called Sprint back.  It seems that since there was a bill signed into law recently to stop these robocalls, the scammers who are doing it will pay at least $10,000 per call...these scammers should be stopped.

Another poster who has been deluded into thinking that feel good law will stop crime.

I received two calls from this number today. I decided to answer the second time. The lady on the other end with a very heavy accent claimed to be from Sprint, knew my name and said I was eligible for a special offer. I hung up and contacted Sprint which said the number was a scam, so I've blocked the number.

BigA, you sure do get around. Maybe it's you making the spam calls.

We have proof positive that you are the one making the calls and stealing money from people.  Like all criminals you are trying to put the blame on someone else to avoid being prosecuted for your crimes.

Just received a call Sprint,  but I don't think it was Sprint

It's been a nightmare still dealing with it . Everything you guys were going through I've been going through. Its ruinning my marriage. Gave me paranoia.  Sprint store thinks I'm crazy. There's no one to call I get rerouted. Please help me. I can't delete the number of my phone , says it's sprint. I have 459 bad apps on my phone I did not put there. And I have insurance on my phone .sprint store here in Champaign ill. Would not even help me. Haven't even had it for a year . Lost my pictures of my beautiful granddaughter who is 1 yrs old battling with cancer. I will never get them back. Someone else is controlling phone. It won't even keep my faceual picture getting hacked.

She said she was from Sprint and since I was such a good customer I am entitled to free stuff.  She just needed my PIN number to access my account.   That was when I told her I didn't need free stuff.  Soooo, not sure what this call was about
