Scam Scam Scam!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩$100 gift card for being a smart energy costumer.  I don’t pay or have electricit bills under my name!

They have been trying to get me for awhile now with fake bills from Delmarva. I don't even have an electric bill because I live at home with my mom. Today, they send me a fake smart energy thank you gift card for $100. I called them and i told them to stop scamming people.

I just got this postcard in the mail today about the $100 Visa, so I checked my utility bill to make sure they were not it I didn't see my utility phone number on there postcard so I knew it was a scam. Sent it into the shredder. I'm always looking for another utility company but this one I would never pick.

I'll have to retract my last statement I did a little bit more research and they are a company that sells energy in the state of Ohio however I'm only paying . 00678 KWH why would I want to change to 15.10 KW for 6 months just for $100 gift card that is ridiculous if their rates come down to six or seven I'd consider them but they're too high for me

A lot of people who have never heard of junk mail and don't know what it is or what to do with it.

I received a 100 gift card in my husband's name because the electricity is in his name, I told my husband, this is weird, because PPL does not give anything away and less money lol, check the PPL customer service numbers and they do not match like that throw it away, I think it's another way of scamming, be careful

I frequently receive gift card offers from my current services and when I got this $100 visa offer in the mail, I didn’t think twice. My first surprise was when a live person answered the phone. It was as I was talking to “Jerry” from “Smart Energy” that I realized I may be in the middle of getting scammed. He asked for my POD ID and kept asking for confirmation of information I gave him. As soon as I realized I immediately hung up. Now I’m nervous that sensitivity information was just stolen.
