they called many times. since I have accounts with Wachovia, I answered their questions. How dumb do I feel??

My name is Ms.Anderson and I is workin fo Wells Fargo collections. I is a supervsor now so better listen good. If I has yo number I  is going to call yo at least 3 times a day. What I is telling you is I is write and yo is wrong.  What is yo trying to hide?.....   I talked to this woman and this how she talked. The number they had was not valid and the account was front my dead parent of 8 years ago! She would not accept that my father had died! I guess I need to take that line of credit and go buy a new car and they can collect it from a dead man. lol

Now ms anderson has changed her name to shirley flowers. haha told me oh yo still getin calls and hung up on me!

Kept seeing this # on ID. Called them to find out why? Insurance on my deceased Dad of 9 yrs ago from Wachovia. My mom has dementia and I'm POA. I explain all this and tried to take of it over the phone. Asked to speak to supervisor and got this evil arguementive hateful woman!!! Explained everythingthing and she said I had to go to a branch office with documentation. I TOLD HER I JUST HAD BACK SURGERY AND NEEDED TO TAKE IT EASY AND COULD SHE PLEASE STOP THE PHONE CALLS BECAUSE IT HURT MY BACK TO GET UP AND ANSWER THE PHONE! She said she didn't believe a word I said and she has heard all the excuses. Then the phone calls doubled HURTING MY BACK EACH TIME I GOT UP and they knew this,,,wait I forgot, I'm lying to them about all this. Going to the branch office to try to straighten out and hope nothing happens to my back. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!

I get calls from 800-829-2474 several times a day, every day all hours of the day until late into the evening.   I don't answer numbers that I'm not familiar with. I don't owe anyone anything except my house and my car and they are up-to-date.  This is plain harassment not to mention ridiculous!

they were persistent in trying to get information on someone i know but who does not live with me....nor do i have any knowledge of how to get a message to them even if i was so inclined to do so.
this is pesty and unwarranted, and i want it to stop.

just forward your phone calls to some 800 sex talk number and see how they like that

it IS wachovia... jeez. this is the collection dept for 2nd mortgages.. (line of credit) It's not listed under wachovia, because WELLS FARGO has taken them over.
