You're only hearing what you want to here.  When working pre-legal we say possibly.  We're not threating anymore, we are just telling you was COULD happen.

These same [***] are calling me for a car loan that was paid off over a year ago; when you tell them the loan was satisfied, they don't want to hear you; nasty Tawana [***]

Also received collection calls from some Afro-American sister looking for money on an account that was paid and closed years ago

Some woman, Monica left voice mail, said it was in my best interest to call her.  I could not even understand the name of the person she said she was calling for, but did not sound like my name.  Left 800-870-7310 and her ext and some file number.  I called, during their business hours found ot they are debt collection agency.  I don't owe anybody a dime.  I am ticked off and I called her twice, and I am going to keep calling every 10 minutes until I get some answers.  I am also going to State Attorney General's office and report them.

These people keep calling me and asking for someone that has never been here.  I told them it is a do not call number and Heidi said that it does not apply.
This company is Nelson, Watson and Associates and they are at 80 Merrimack Street in Haverhill, Mass.  They are a collection company that harrasses you even if you are not the person they are looking for.   I am really getting sick of them calling me and wasting my minutes.  Maybe we should all start calling them daily or visit them.

they kept calling but no message. finally today they left an irate sounding message for someone i have no idea who it is. as i was listening to the message they called back...it was the same guy who left the message....i went off....the guy was a jerk right back. obviously well trained in taking insults. we'll see if it stops but honestly its full on harassment at this point with how often they call!

You are all [***]...NWA doesnt buy any debts and they have an A+ grade with the BBB. All you have to do is answer the phone and let the rep know that they have the wrong #... And if you do have a debt in with NWA pay it because you owe it...grow up

When I get these calls I hear music and hang up immediately, so I haven't actually had to talk to a person.
I sent back to see that the caller was Nelson Watson.

Contact Krohn & Moss, LTD.  You can get $1,000 for the deceeptive practices they are using.  It is against the law to misrepresent themselves and Krohn and Moss came up when I looked up Nelson,, Watson & Assc.  They will have to pay your attorney fees, their attorney fees and YOU up to $1,000!
They are handling my case with Nelson-Watson now.  Only 98% olf cases go to jury trial which is what your attorney will demand.  They will settle to avoid costs!

Dirt bags from Nelson and Watson and said they where taking me to court and they where a law firm .Then contacted an attorney then looked at the FTC web site then when the dirt bag called back again asked for a written validation of the debt. as per the Fair Debt collection Practices act . So far no mail from them but did call the Attorney Generals office and file a complaint . It seems that every thing on the FTC what not do list  is illegal they are doing . Calling and saying they are taking me to court calling relatives , tacking on all kinds of fees and interest . Using false names and use blocked phone numbers.Calling and saying they are a law firm .They are using 888-350-8466 and 888-269-8987 for phone numbers .

Your not talking about something you know, Nelson,Watson and associates has departments in there office that are Pre-Litigation departments so yes you can be sued , so before you bash the country do some real research like I did and not make stupid remarks like that have a good day bone head

Nelson, Watson & Associates, are these guys a legal company or are they parading themselves as attrorneys? they called me just now infact, and at least twice a day for the past month now. I have had a very rough shaky past, so i can imagine these are debt collectors. Unfortunately for them, they are not attorneys, and someone here who said they had legal departments is indeed a bone head and porobably an emplopyee him/herself of that outfit. I spoke to them just once, and the rep started demanding info from me. I told him to go f*(^%^! himself point blank. He threatened litigation, and I told him his company was not a law firm. He got angry and said I would see. I said ok, give me your bar registration # for your company, prove your company is legit. He would not answer any questions, and someone listeniong from the side butted in and started an angry exchange with me. I told him to go f*(*^^**! himself also. I also told him to relay my answer to all his fellow criminals in his hideout. These are scamsters, if you owe one dollar, they start collection for 10 dollars. They multiply everything by 10 and claim you owe that. where they got the other 9 is unknown. They are ripoff criminals and should be arrested. Honest people who even want to pay will be put off by their daylight ripoff tactics and rude behavior.  Do not talk to them, do not give them any info, block their #'s if you can. They are an illegal and criminal bunch of morons who think wearing a suit entitles them to take $100 from you when you owe $10. I am not an attorney myself but i have enough legal info to know these [***] are harrasing the good citizens of this nation. If you make the mistake of paying them your hard earned money, they will come back and harass you more to get more. They also sell your personal info to data ware houses without your consent, this is also an illegal practice. So in effect they are treating you like nothing more than dirt.

First off, i have been dealing with them for a year now. I had a credit card debt to settle and they helped me. not once have they been rude, idiotic, mean to me.  I had to work with them for 3 days in the beginning to get a paymeny schedual set that me, the credit card company and NWA (beign the mediators) were happy with.  They can hire a lawyer to fight the case if it comes to that.  Thats what they mean when they will threaten with litigation.  They can not do it themselves, but they can hire a lawyer. can't you hire a lawyer? haven't you told people that if they don't pay you you will sue them? well you're not a lawyer and litigation is only a fancy word for sueing.  They will constantly call if they have your phone number as a contact for someone who has uncollected debt.  All you have to do is tell them POLITELY that you are not the person they are looking for and that you need to speak to a supervisor to get your name off of their list.  If that doesn't wor5k, than call your local representative and have someone there t6ake care of it.  I have a new phone # for my work phone and I am getting calls from companies for a guy named mike.  i ask them to take my name off and tell them that my phone # is only 6 months old and they usually do it.  so CHILL THE F*^% OUT!
