If you got a cold call from this number and you did not initiate a service call to Epson Support then likely no. You can always go to the Epson website and check for a support number there or use the number in your owner's manual.

This is a scam site.  I searched Epson Printer support and this came up here.  I called the number and they tried to sell me an expensive product claiming that my printer wasn't working because of a Network problem.  When I questioned them, they started getting really rude.  It was only after the fact that I realized that the website attached to this site is a scam site.

This is not Epson. It is an independent tech support company that will charge you for services. I spent over an hour getting support, then they said it would cost $129 to fix. This printer is less than a year old and under warranty. Scam.  Don't pay
