Just received a half ring call from the same number (1-800-861-6045) They didn't leave a message or anything..... Beware of calls like these.

This number calls and lets it ring once then hangs up.

Called and left a semi threatening message about having my attorney return their call to male arrangements for recovery...

Just got a call a few minutes ago. Rang once and then quit. No message.

1 ring then hung up.

Called with not message left, they call almost once a week, tired of these F .U .C .K .E .R .S

Yes you can sue.i have sued a collector and won about 600 dollars cuz they refused to identify themselves. There are rules. Read up and see if they violated any, if so i found a lawyer online and i kept accurate notes about what transpired and while it took nearly 20 months to get the check. Was great feeling to know you can protect yourselves from the companies who disregard the laws put in place to protect us.

Same story.....1 ring then hang up.  I called back and it said something about ERC and payment options.

Keep receiving calls from this #. I have just got this new cell phone # and I keep getting calls for the previous person who had this number

On the new OS of the iPhones if you click the little i to the right of the number it takes you to a new screen and if you scroll to the bottom you can block the call.  I am so sick of these people failing to comply with the statute of limitations and selling the debt thinking the clock starts over, WRONG.  Also, this is a great thing to do to telemarketers and collection agencies, just did it myself today.  Click on this youtube link called INTERRUPTING TELEMARKETERS (PHONE PRANK)

Return called and "agent" was foreigner. Flushed the toilet several times for his benefit.

After getting a call from this number like the rest of you, (i have 3 separate lines) I always block these call such as these. And I have read some of your testimonies. All I can say is; BLOCK THESE CALLS PEOPLE! If they keep calling you BLOCK THEM! Even of you have to pay for the app. BLOCK IT! It is worth it!!!!

800-861-6045 called, phone rang once, and they hung up before I could answer it. I immediately add the number to my reject call list and create a contact that I name “Don’t Answer”. I also heard on the radio on scams that they want people to call back so they can collect on the phone call.

I just got a one ring call from these fu#ks-also got a call from 528-781-1188847-I'm sure it's the same people. A couple of month ago CONNS COLLECTIONS was harrassing me looking for a juan martinez-I'm a WHITE(and now pissed)Irish dude. I told conns they had the wrong person, and they refused to stop calling, so I sent conns corporate a cease and desist order, also forbid them from giving/selling my#. Months later I am still getting scam and collection calls(I'm not stupid enough to answer) I am really getting tired of this! I have to turn the volume off on my non-smart(can't block) phone to sleep. now friends and relatives can,t get ahold of me in a emergency, plus I sometimes forget to turn volume back on and miss calls. CONNS sold/gave out my# anyway-BOYCOTT CONNS!

Got a call today at 4:30pm and Mr. Number blocked it. This is a good free app for my mobile phone. When the caller called, Mr. Number stopped it from ringing through. Mr. Number hangs up right away if the number is not in my contacts.
