Collection Agency. Said they would report a debt to my credit without even contacting the people I had to pay. In the end, I paid the people directly because they said my address did not exist. They kept calling even when I had paid my debt.

The number that showed up on my caller id was 720-449-5025

I just received a phone call said his name was Robert Green to call this number and gave me an extension number 3222.  I called it not knowing and no answer.  So I looked it up on the Internet.  I see it is a scam!!

they keep calling my work when asked not to as personal calls are not allowed

got a call for my son who has not lived here for over 10 years. would give me no info but wanted his #. I wouldn't give it.

They call for my daughter to collect bill already paid off. When I contacted billing company they where very surprise - never put my daughter account to any collection agency. It is a scam. Don't give them any personal information.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Good old Wakefield and associates is at it again. Account was SEALD WITH A DO NOT PERSUE and have been notified by the Colorado attorney generals office to cease and desist. So much for that, now I call my attorney and file a lawsuit

call came from 720-449-5021 on caller ID.  Melanie Phillips said to call 800-864-3870 X 3321 for a debt. I don't have any debt. In this day and age I also do not  return calls unless they ask for me by name. too much spam out there
