Been getting annoying calls (doubt it's time to renew the warranty on my 20 year old car in great running condition).  Answered this one on the 2nd ring.  GET THIS!  I'm on hold with music.  After waiting a bit, the party at the other end hung up on me.

As far as I'm concerned, their ID display on my callerID is illegal.  They won't disclose who they are.

Allstate Roadside telemarketers does the same thing.

I don't believe telling the debt collector you are going to report them if they don't stop calling, especially when you have told them the person they're looking for is not at that number, constitutes making a threat.  

A warning, yes, that you intend on exercising your legal rights against them for violation of the law.  I'd love to see them try and convince a judge that turning them into the authorities was an act of threat.

AGAIN! I answer the phone and they hang up on me.  No one says anything.  No idea who they are and they won't show themselves on CallerID.

someone keeps calling me between 6:30 and 7:00 am first time I spoke with a man and told him he clearly had the wrong number and no one by the name he mentioned lived here.  Second time I answered at 7:00 a.m. loud LOUD loud music blared in my ear.  They are nuts and will rot in hell.

keep calling, i advice them no such name at this # but still calling.

They keep calling..... I sometime get a recording telling me to wait if I am some "Kelly" they are trying to reach otherwise to dial 2. Other times I get a real person they wouldn't disclose who they are (very annoying!).
I asked repeatedly to remove my number from their database they promise to do so and still keep calling.
Any idea who they are? and what to do to get red of the calls?

Over several months been getting calls from this company, called back and  he assured me my number would be removed.  I have lived at this address for 19 years and have had the same phone number for the same length of time.   There has never been anyone with the name of the debtor nor have I received any mail at this address.  Got a call Friday...called back this morning...got another call this evening..called back...and was told they had never called me since the account was placed with them on March 14th.  He basically called me a liar.  He would not verify the address..creditor. Goiing to file a complain with the authorites.

a relative of ours who doesnt live here...I told them no one lived here by that name
