My father had the supposed credit card company EXPRESS PLATINUM Call him a month ago and said he was approved for a credit card that had a 5500 limit. They already had all of his information and banking name. we were so stupid to think that this was true. they took the 99 fee and he has not seen a card. we can't get a hold of the company the number is 18775360076. it really hurt us to have this happen. my dad thought he was going to be able to buy Christmas for the family but it was all a lie. if you have any info that can help us please email me i will be more than happy to talk to you. weedeater1973@yahoo.com i want a law suit against these people.

I too paid this. Still have not seen a card and their fee cleared a couple weeks ago. When I called to ask them about it was told that I cancled my application and the fee was non refundable. I never applied for it nor did I cancel this. Wish there was a way to sue or put stop to these scams. I had to put together the funds to send in and had to repay them. Only to find out it was a scam. Who ever is giving out the infor to them as well as others is wrong. Seems like it would be breaking some kind of privacy law somewhere.

You can try 1-800-881-2636. I was able to get a live person but they were not very happy. When I told them I was online trying to verify the information they became very upset! This is a scam and a card that can only be used online supposedly. I refused to verify any information and they were upset that I would not give them my SSN to make sure I did not have a card coming in the mail. I told them if I did I would sue them and report to local authorities because I NEVER accepted or approved the card.

Got a call last week from really nice lady stating we were approved for a express platinum card with a balance of $5,500. She says does that sound good to you Maegan?? I said."yeah sure", she then tells me we have to pay a start-up fee of $90 which would come directly from our checking account which she had the entire account number with the last four digits of my social security too!! Once I paid that I would receive a card in the mail, then each month I would have to pay $20 to keep the card activated. I told her I would have to think about it and call back, she even gave me a customer service number and an e-mail address, which doesn't even work when typed in. The customer service number works but you get a really snotty lady that just sounds like  a mean old scammer!!! These people are using good people and scamming them out of money, well not me I called back and told them to shove the card up their ass!!! She hung up on me. My advice, go get a new checking account so they can't scam you anyway at all,  maybe changing your Social Security number if that is possible. When you tell them you will talk to your attorney they either get really hateful or hang up!! Just ask them to send  you info. in the mail and then they don't know what to say!! Just watch your caller id and don't answer!!

So it really is an online shopping card?  That is not what was said to me when they called.  I  have reported it to my bank.  So I get my money back from them, and they are going after this place.  I am so very disappointed right now.

I was researching this company because they called my son offering him credit for $5,200.  As an experienced adult I knew that he would qualify based on the fact that he currently is unemployed and doesn't have any good credit. Since you worked for them, you of all people would know the details. Don't allow any others to be deceived, please. I highly encourage you to contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. I appreciate you posting this on here.
