THis is Nissan Acceptance Motor Corp.  Your daughter must have a loan with them and they need references so if she get's behind in her payments they can harass you as well as harass them.

I have not been behind in my payments for my infinity but they keep calling my work and leaving messages in different names to call them. Today is Ms Alexander last week was Ms. Donanski.

They keep calling me for one of my employees. I keep blocking their numbers and they keep calling from different numbers. I 've told them to stop calling me to have my employee call them and they don't stop!

yep it is Nissan Credit Corp and they have called and called my cell and left message after message for Nichole Laidman .. Have had this number for over 2yrs and have no idea who it is .. Have even told them so they said a month ago that they would update their records and yet the calls continue Many times a day ..

I got a call from this number today. I cannot remember who they were asking for but I told the lady that I have never heard of that name and it seems like you hit the wrong number.
The lady responded with a oh ok and then immediately asked who I was.
In short I told her that was not comfortable with giving her my name and that I will not give it to her.
She said ok and hung up.

They jus called my job and said they were looking for but use my maiden name and I got my last change when I got married.

According to the Nissan USA website, this is the contact number for consumer collections - more than 45 days delinquent - at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation.  Most likely the caller is attempting to collect a debt on a Nissan/Infiniti car loan or repossession.

This is my experience also.  They keep calling from different numbers asking for someone I have never heard of.   I have never owned a this brand of vehicle.

They call for a 'Juan or Maria' ...i'm, but I don't have a Nissan or Infinity, and have never had one. Morons.

They keep harassing me, and not only i've never owned a Nissan... but I live in australia... how do I make it stop O_o

Called me super early and said I need to call them.  Never used anything but cash to pay for a car so no idea why they called me :/

They keep calling my daughter's phone. She's only 13! I called them back and they said they haven't called that number. We have caller ID! Idiots!

I have financed several car, boats etc over the past years and have never worked with a more useless backward financial institution. At time of purchase we initially set up an automatic withdrawal. 60 days later we find out they didn't schedule it and we were 30 days late on FICA. Since then we have had to "RENEW" the automatic withdrawal several times. When they call they never leave a message as to the nature of the call or who is calling.
Nice cars but I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER NISSAN MUCH LESS FINANCE THROUGH THEM.

Write to the BBB. I did and it stopped for awhile, but now getting calls with no messages....It is Nissan Acceptance. I NEVER did business with this outfit. They need to get rid of their call center manager. But please email the BBB, they will respond to you

Yes, nothing like depending on a toothless organization with no law enforcement powers, one that depends on the money paid to it by businesses seeking a good rating for its continued existence.  I can see how that would be so much better that handling it the right way by sending them a certified, return receipt stop calling me letter, and if they ignore that, by filing a TCPA lawsuit.

For the past year I have been receiving a call from these people asking for Linsey Harper. I have tried unsuccessfully to explain to them that don't know Linsey.  I explain that she must have had the phone number before it was turned off and it was issued to me. I thought this would make sense since she obviously didn't pay her car payment either. I asked them to remove my number from their records and they said they will, but the annoying calls continue on. Now each time they call, I call them back and ask for Linsey Harper. When they tell me they don't know Linsey Harper, I let them know I'll call them back to see if Linsey Harper is there.

keep getting calls from these idiots, if you call back they want your account number or SS number and you can't get an operator, i did answer the number once and told them i dont own a nissan. it is the nissan infinity credit w.e or so they claim
