This caller is a scam and a fraud. Last week I had to complete a fraud claim through my bank because someone had withdrawn money from my account! Coincidentally the withdrawal happened to take place in the same county/state as this caller whom had been trying to contact me for serval weeks. I do not own money to anybody and I did not receive any information from me about myself or  my bank account info. We have the authorities looking in to it as I write this. I will update this post when they have more info about them and their scam, how it works and etc.

Called me at 9:00 Sat nite!  I pressed 0 for operator..nothing.  I pressed 1 to be the person they were looking for so I could tell them to stop calling.  Then I could only tell when I was going to pay them.  I hung up and tried to call them back for 3 minutes but couldn't because the call was still going on.  The voice said something like since I didn't hit a # in time, they thanked me for my CHOICE!  What choice did I make hanging up 10 times in 3 mins?

When u call 911 or 311 ur nr gets listed so someone for police can call u to support their charities - but the nr list is also used to call for other purposes - like loans etc. If u stay even a few seconds on the line saying as little as hello or goodbye or listen to the caller, that counts as an interested reply and u will get more calls.

This is a scam, criminals pretending to be a credit company.  If they were real they would leave a message and send a letter.  Do not answer and report the number to the Do Not Call List.

I used to get all these calls, and then got CALL BLOCK on my phone.. Free from my service, as are most services today.
For 6 years, I got these calls for my daughter, who moved out 10 years ago, and has her own life.  They
call me, because that's the only number they can find...  The Call Block Fairy has given me 6 years of peace and
quiet, from these, and other types of callers... You need to know ONE THING....  If you call them back or answer the phone..
THEY have a phone record they can take to a judge and say. ."They  (YOU) made a promise to pay", and you're on
the hook for another 3-6 years of harassment or even a judgment against you...GET A  CALL BLOCKER

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I also have been receiveing calls from this. Don't know why. Even though the caller id says this number it could be spoof'd by crooks using this number to call and act like debt collector tyring to get people to send them money via green pak or reloadit or western union type service. They use all kinds of different way to trick people into send them money. some time they will say a arrest warrant is out and you need to pay this fine using caller id that looks like some official goverment agency.
    Beware!

Unknown caller who doesn't leave messages. If it's a legitimate call (even a legitmate bill collector), they should leave a message and a number where one can call them back.

They called here twice looking for the ex-husband I divorced about 30 years ago, And I remarried, so my last name is not even the same as his last name. Called them and told them not to call anymore, but how they decided to call me is beyond my understanding.

I have been receiving calls everyday from this number. 1-800-900-1370. They are annoying. Pre-recorded message says : Personal business. Press 1 if you are so and so. And they you get some nasty recording about  you owe debt. I don't owe anything but still get these calls.

It is possible that scammers are spoofing the caller id and using Penn Credit's phone number to show up in the caller id even though they may be calling from some voip phone. Not sure if this is happening. Law Enforcement is not doing enough and that is why this people continue with their scams.

I keep getting calls from (800) 900-1378. They usually come on the seekend and if the call is returned a message states "We are closed call back during business hours".

They are calling for a Rosa something.

I have had the same number for 4 years and no "Rosa" lives with me and never has lived with me.

I do not appreciate calls from robots without recourse that interrupts my sleep, off-time and personal time. I do not like wasting as much time as I am attempting to contact this number and want it to STOP!

Remember one thing if nothing else... their automatic callers, never gets tired. It's
only when you pick up the phone, does it transfer you to the maggot who's bugging you.
Remember this also... if you have a call blocker... it never gets tired either... I love
it when my call blocker, blocks the call maker.... I never know if and when they call,
unless I check my call blocker.........sweet.. fight fire with fire..
