I was told it was a collection Agency named Penn and she had an old previously address that I haven't lived @ in years and I wouldn't verify any information to them, but would love to know who is Penn Collection Agency?

Since that information was already posted in this thread numerous times I have to wonder why you ask it?

You seem to know SO MUCH about them, and yet, you do not mention where they are located.
If you are SO knowledgeable about them, then what is their address?  You know, where would someone send those all important "Not Me/Cease and Desist" and "Debt Validation Request" letters (via Certified mail) to?
No doubt, you are either going to tell me to "go look it up" or you will just stay mum.

(No doubt they subscribe to all the numbers between that and (800) 900-1934 (this number) and probably more.)

The Better Business Bureau (toothless paper tiger that they are) lists (as of today) 177 total complaints against them in the last 3 years out of which 48 complaints were closed in the last 12 months.  The BBB gives them an A+ rating, but pretty much all any company has to do to get that is respond to each complaint and pay their fees to the BBB, so it does not mean much (a few years back a group posing as a Middle-Eastern Terrorist Group was able to register on the BBB and got an A+ rating by just filling out the form and paying the fee).

Last year they came to a settlement in the class-action suit GUIDRY v. PENN CREDIT CORPORATION which dealt with violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  Penn Credit Corporation agreed to pay $4,675,000 in an out of court settlement to avoid the case going to trial.
(Such a tremendously "upstanding" company!)

It’s my 1st call from them, I missed it, but they didn’t leave a message!! When I called back a lady that sounded like I woke her up kept asking for my call back number but couldn’t tell me who she was with. I blocked the number!!

Had my name but not my address. Wanted me to verify address (which was not mine) in order for them to tell me anything . I asked what is this call about, he refused to answer until I verify address. I said I am not verifying anything how do I know you aren’t a scammer. He got angry  and said you will get a letter in the mail and you can call back then and hung up before I could say good luck with the wrong address. So if anyone out there gets a letter for me, don’t call the number lol.
