I recevied a call from this company, inquiring about someone in my neighborhood, It was an investigator asking questions about the party they are looking, when I answered the phone, the investigator call me by my name and seem to know quite a bit (my address, the parties address that they are looking for).  I am not listed in the phone book and I asked them where did they get my information, she stated from some CD resgistry that they had (didn't quite understand what she was talking about). She did go on to tell me that they are a collections agency (repo's).  First of all, I don't think they had any business calling me about something that isn't my business at all, never the less, pulling my personnal information (phone number, name, address etc), from whatever source they got it from.  This is in clear violation of my personnal infomation and would like this to be formally report. Please respond to this matter.

same deal with me, these guys, one named,john black , out of dallas,tx. said he waas investigating someone, knew all about me . scary. never did really find out what is going on, it is an invasion of everything.beware.

I got a phone call from this investagator said i had a warrant out of bluemound texas,I hung up and called bluemound and i had a warrant from 2years ago,I didnt know they did stuff like this,I was told to call the warrant enforcement burreau and clear it up or the warrant would still be active,So i did,Atleast those people got a job to do I guess.

This is confirmed it is Blue Mound, Texas attempting to get a payment from people. My husband owes them money, and they will continue to hassle you. It's actually quite frustrating.

This company employees a registered child molester.... His name is James McKinney and the place of employement is right beside a daycare. he also lives in the motel behide the job that is also beside the daycare.. is that legal...

Numerous calls from Investigator Carlst (sic) with the Warrent Enforcement Bureau.

They call continuously and try to sound like law enforcement people and try to be very intimidating.  They have now given me a few hours or they will put me on the "warrant round-up list".  From what I've learned they are just a collection agency with no authority outside any other collection agency except they do coordinate with the county sheriff for roundups if they know where you are.  

This is over a $200 speeding ticket in Robertson County, Texas (5 miles over the limit on a deserted highway at 2 in the morning on the steep downhill side of a hill - a real good money harvesting spot)  They very quickly wanted almost $1,000.

Don't we all wish they paid back the same rate when they make mistakes.

So I'll wait and see if I go to jail - that would be fine with me.
Otherwise I'll try to hold out for amnesty day.

This company continues to call me on my home phone.  I am connected to somebody who used to live here.  When I explained this, it was not enough for him, then he started talking about how could I explain this.  I was very upset because he did not let up.  His name was John Black and I called the 800 number again and spoke to a manager who was less than helpful, but said that she would remove my number and brushed me off.

I have been called alot of things but never a stalker.Now i guess if a DEER could talk i would be a stalker during deer season.

yeah well this is how it is. If you were the type to pay ur F*****g bills like regular people do, (even if they r a little late) and not get tickets and let them goto warrants like a f*****g [***] then you would never get a call from the company. Dont get mad cuz u don't know how to prioritize. That's just what that is..

I didn't get a call from this # but got a text mssg from another # & while writing a complaint about my issue, I came across this thread & saying I'm annoyed is putting it mildly.  It's ridiculous that dead beats complain about collection calls when they won't pay their bills.

If you're annoyed with collection calls, PAY YOUR BILLS!  No collection company will threaten you with arrest because they can't - look up FDCPA regulations.  If you are threatened with arrest over a DEBT, file a proper complaint with the Attorney General.  If you're threatened with arrest over an unpaid ticket, PAY the ticket & all additional fines or deal with the threats - it's called an ARREST WARRANT for a reason & they are within their legal rights to notify you about it.  If choose not to pay, deal with the calls & PRAY that you don't get pulled over for something else & the ARREST WARRANT doesn't appear on your record when the cop runs your plates or license #.
