I got a call from ARS National (I thought IRS)Randy Coffey on my machine. I  returned the call to this 1-800-909-9095 I was put on hold, transferred a couple of times as agent are as busy as voice say then I hang up.

I googled that 1-800 909-9095 thank God I was relieved upon reading  messages about this scamer.

They are calling about personal business matter and judgment day.  Call now at 1-800-909-9095

Randy Coffee called me too twice! Over a "private business matter". He said he was from the IRS. And then I thought...the IRS submits notices to you via mail and is definitely no vague in messages on the phone. It sounded fishy to me. I am glad I researched this before calling those scammers back!

These guys are extremely rude...calling me at work. Asking to speak to my manager and getting into arguements with anyone they can. Especially T. Lemon. They have been warned 3 times by my boss that legal action will begin unless they stop calling me at work.

Recieved a call from this company, looking for my son. Have not seen or heard from my son in VERY long time. I asked what this was concerning and was told it was none of my business. Told them to stop calling this number since my son did not live here. They laughed and said they would keep calling here until "he" answered the phone.

"ARS regarding a private business matter from 'Brandy Coffy'" This call came with several other calls in the week from:  Called several times in one week with claim to be a debt collector, not a solicitor.  Name given for reply sounds like "Vermillion".  and (800)847-9645 from a "debt collector by the name of 'John McCurial' regarding a sensitive nature".

Ugh.

Got a call from ARS and the caller ID showed up as the last person I talked to on my cell!!! How could that be??? Thats got to be illegal!!!
I asked the person for the number they were calling from and told them it is not the number that is showing up on my caller ID and they said they knew that. What should I do about this?

This company is Spoofing their Caller IDs to make it look like you are getting a call from someone that you know.  They will change the area code to the same area code that you have. I'm pretty sure it's illegal. Just Google "CID Spoofing Illegal" online to get more info.  I got a call from them and asked them if they were calling from my city and state. Mrs. Williams replied "No we change the area code to whatever yours is when we call" I asked her if that was illegal and she hung up. Go figure.

Well guys, this company is legit, BUT i'll let you know that I just settled with them after suing them. They paid me $1500 to drop my lawsuit for breaking the FTC laws and regulations. Listen carefully, if you do a google search, you will find lawyers in your area that will sue these people and all other harassing creditors, now they take their cut of the money they get but I've done this to 4-5 creditors and each time been paid between $750-$2000. I use the money to pay them the money i owe them :) So word of the wise THEY HAVE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. IN THAT VOICEMAIL IF THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU THAT THEY'RE A COLLECTION COMPANY TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT, THEN THEY JUST BROKE FTC RULES. YOU THEN HAVE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST THEM.

The caller said he was from ARS (I thought he said IRS) and when I asked him to repeat his company name he then asked if I was Mr. ???.

We went back & forth about 10 times with me asking what does ARS do and him asking for Mr. ???.

Finally he gave up TOLD me to get a pen and write his name and number down (800-909-9095 JASON JAMISON) and call him back when I was ready to discuss the matter with him rationally.


If they keep calling I am going to have A LOT OF FUN with them.

Left a message, getting my name wrong, telling me it was "necessary" I call them, at some 4-digit extension, with a file number.

Have received two voicemails telling me they need to speak with me about a matter and to call this number back.  I called this evening and entered the extension number left in the first voicemail.  I could hear people chatting and laughing in the background and could plainly her a woman speaking louder than the others.  Apparently, I was on speaker phone, but they did not know it.  I heard the woman say, "Don't mess with us or you're going to get hurt!"  I said are you talking to me?  I was cut off after that.  I called back immediately and waited for someone to pick up.  I read the file number to the man who answer and he said it was regarding my Yahama account.  Once we established that it was not me that they were looking for, I told him about the first call and what the woman said.  I said I was calling the Ohio Attorney General's office to report them.  He transferred me to someone else named John who listened to what I was reporting.  He promised to listen to the recording and mark the file as not mine.

I could not find a lawyer by googling as you suggested.  Please let me know the website that you found the list...Thank you...

ARS National is a agency for back payments. Or a bill collector that somebody has sold your account to.

Just received call from 800-909-9095 ext 4056, Dustin Schack.  Message left stated he just received important paperwork in his office concerning me and for me to call him at the # provided.

They call companies too,, chances are they are collection.. but you can always demand that they stop calling and remove your number.. by law they have to otherwise it's considered harassment..

Keep getting calls from this company ARS shows up 4-5 times per day. Sometimes they leave a message, sometimes they don't. When they do leave a message they are looking for my EX-Husbands sister and leave a reference number to call them back with. I called today to have them stop calling my home, they asked if I knew her or her whereabouts. I told them that in fact I did know her but I had been divorced from her brother for almost 18 years and did not know where she was or how to reach her. They did not apologize or even ask for the reference number but said they would take my number off their list. If they call back I will give them 1 warning to not call again or I will press harrassment charges against them. What a crock, they must do some deep background checks to have found me since I remarried years ago and my name is now different.
