Credit Card scammer. The number is a real Citizen's Bank number, but the caller is an overseas scammer spoofing the Caller ID to make it appear as if they're calling from Citizen's Bank.

It’s these blind phone bank calls that irritate me to no end! Ugh! It’s bad enough when someone misrepresents themselves as something or someone they aren’t, however what’s worse, is these schlubs that spoof legitimate companies, attempting to dupe folks, like me, out of our personal information! These rubbish runners are hucksters, con artists and downright liars, and they clearly are lacking a moral compass! I’m so mad, I’d pull my hair out, if I had any left!
