First, if he is your "Bro" you should be able to contact him directly.  Second, if he isn't your "Bro" then why do you think that person will stop back after 7 months to answer you?  The number on the back of the card is a real number.  It appears that you have never, ever heard of "Caller ID Spoofing" so you should take the time to look that up.  I am sure that you will find the explanations that the FCC and Wikipedia give are very easy to understand.

Seems the scammers are still active.  No one on line when I answered out of boredom.  I am getting fewer scam calls since Covid is not keeping people in.

I was asked to send money to someone and be paid back. They said I could check it out and gave me an acct number to verify it was a real acct. Hiw can they do this?

I should add that this person has been chatting with me for about 5 weeks. He wants me to send money to a company for him. He gave me this number, act #, and routing #, last four of SSN. He said call and verify my acct balance to ease ur mind. I haven't, it's not setting well with me. I just dont know how they can even do such a thing.
