- Kat replies to Anita| 12 repliesYou actually got money from them? Somehow I doubt that.
- Keisha replies to Kat| 11 repliesI am attempting to get a loan with them, do they have the right to garnish my wages.
- Gunnar replies to Keisha| 10 repliesCLOSE that account! Do it before these leeches can deposit any money in to it & before they can clean it out. Change all your passwords & keep an eye on your credit reports.
No, they can NOT garnish your wages! That can only be done if a judgement has been made in their favor by the court & garnishment is ordered. Seeing as how you've received no loan, that's obviously not going to happen.
Gunnar - Keisha replies to Gunnar| 9 repliesI revoked their authorization to my debit my account - that won't work?

- keisha replies to Gunnar| 7 repliesI guess I am an idiot in this area-- Gunnar- I just can close my account and then they can debit it within in 30 days and it will reopen the account

Gunnar - keisha replies to Arya Kiddingme| 4 repliesI have had that happen to me before that's why I said that, some banks will close your account and inform you that if any debtis(ACH) come in within 30 days of closing it will reopen the account and you will be responsible for paying that debit and fees associated with it.
- A TROLL ALERT.. replies to keisha...has been issued! Have a nice day!
- Gunnar replies to keisha| 1 replyStill trying? Desperate for attention aren't you? If an acct. is closed, & the bank is informed of fraudulent activities associated to that acct; steps are taken to protect the banks customer. No fees or penalties will be charged to that customer if a new acct. has been established.
Skeff Ett Liv!

Thats only true IF you simply closed the account without disputing the debit-or's charges and future charges. If you close the account without telling the bank of the fraud, then you will be the one who looks like your committing fraud to avoid paying for something. Some scammers DEPEND on people closing their account in a panic and not disputing it.Quote:some banks will close your account and inform you that if any debtis(ACH) come in within 30 days of closing it will reopen the account - Kat replies to GunnarWell, I think the troll has gone. Perhaps "she" even learned her lesson?
- LisaThis is for Inbox Loans. I tried getting a loan with them but decided not to because their rates are extremely high. Don't do business with them.
