I had never received a loan from this company never even myself requested a loan. One was done fraudulently and I have a fraud report with them with my bank and identity theft as well. They tried sending me to collections and nope they can’t collect due to the identity theft. They are now attempting to collect again from my account. They have called before I told them multiple times I never requested or received a loan from them and they were verbally abusive over the phone.

That is because you picked the longest repayment option they have, which is also the most expensive and why they offer you 3 separate payment plans. It’s not their fault you weren’t able to resolve your balance in less then a year and needed the option that breaks it into 12 payment. And interest always gets resolved on a loan before the principal. To everyone that says they are a scam because of how much you could end up needing to pay and over your given time that’s why they give you the most expensive option in the chart so you know upfront that if that is how much you could be paying over a year.

Why are you replying to a post that is nearly a year old, that is buried on page 5 of this topic?

Thats the same philosophy loan sharks use to convince people in financial desperation with very little options. People are barely getting by, need money and have the option to pay very little over a longer duration, ultimately costing them more. For a lot of people, its their only way out, but that doesn't mean its right to take advantage of someone's hardship.

How do you know that they complied with the Truth in Lending Laws?  Did you get a loan from these crooks?  Do you work for them?  I find it hard to believe that you read through 5 pages of posts to find that one to reply to.

I applied for a loan.  When I saw that a $1500 loan was going to cost me $15000 I said no thank you.  Now they are calling me constantly AND AT WORK to help me get this loan.  I DON'T WANT that type of loan.  And quit calling me at work.  Now everyone thinks I have debt collectors calling me.  It's one thing if you need to verify my employment but don't call my work to harass me to take out a loan with you.

They done me the same way and jus called me the again yesterday they was gonna give me a $9000 loan but it was a too good to be true kinda idea but how it started out was some other guy I was talking to to sent me a reference # and told me to give it to this India guy. He called me like 8× "no bull". One time he call jus and asked if - MY NAME-+ was home , naturally I said YES BUT THEN YOU HUNG UP I'm thinking that he just wanted me to say yes for an e-signature. I've been watching my credit just to see if anything pops up like a $9,000 loan idk don't trust it

I received a loan from them for 300. I called them to let them know that payment will not be in acct so for them not to go in my acct. She said it will be 2 payments come out in Oct. Ok that's fine but as of this payment DO NOT GO IN MY ACCT. ITS NOT THERE. She went on to say ok ma'am I have gotten it taken care of. But reading all these reviews I may need to look into them a little deeper n they bet not go in my account.
