- James replies to Daniel| 3 repliesThey're actually Filipino not Indian. Please stop generalizing outsourced phone staff. Not all outsourced phone support is based in India. Anyhow, I do agree that this may be a phishing scam as I've dealt with them a few times. They keep sending me emails stating that I'm essentially approved. Most legit places only have you sign loan docs if you're approved and the loan has been accepted. What happens with them is you e-sign docs that give full terms and repayment only to have you call an 800 number to tell you that you've been denied. This happened yesterday and I received two more emails asking to complete docs 90 minutes later and about an hour after that. When you click the link, it directs you to call again with the same response of denial.
- BigA replies to JamesSo basically, you gave them all your information so that they can now proceed with their identity theft?

Fine, I'll keep using the phrase "South Asian" to cover BPO nests in India, Pakistan, and "PHL". Happy now? Thanks to the inferior cut-rate VOIP they use, it's harder for Americans across an ocean to tell them all apart. - Lacuriamahoney replies to Big tDid your stop payment work on your account? If u don't mind may I ask what did u do to get your account right or do about them
- KarenWell I did fill out an app but pushed autofill and added my boyfriend's name on the app instead of mines. They called me 4 times back to back this morning and woke me up. I told the lady my name was not my boyfriend's name and she said that's fine we just need to see your last 3 direct deposits and sent me a like so I can log into my back account on there page. Hell no and how are they going to give me a loan with the wrong name on the app smh.

- sekon| 1 replyBeen getting calls from Inbox loans, because living from paycheck to paycheck trying to makes ends meet, I thought I would attempt to apply for a loan, ok sent to this inbox loans, told me the "underwrting dept denied" I said ok, forgot all about , now recently been getting calls stating call back to complete the loan, so I said ok called back verfifed the loan info and of course after waiting on hold for god knows how long, denied again,,, by this time my nerves were done, I fired off a email to there company and I laid into them to let them about their policies, and If I get another call, it will be the last time that they want to speak or call me about a loan... so beware DONT APPLY THEY WASTE YOUR TIME... as they say the Pen is mighty then the sword , well in this case my words will be the Victor in this.....

- BigA replies to sekonProbably not. Since you willingly gave them all your information, they can now use it to commit identity theft among other things. I fail to see the logic in asking someone to loan you money if you can't pay your bills now.
- Lost art replies to MJG| 2 repliesI did fill out an applications online, I requested 300. By get this, if I was to pay I one year, I so I be paying 42.03 every week for 1 year!?!?!?! That Would bring the total amount over 2,000!!!! Who charged that much for a 300 loan? That is over 700% apr
