Or someone else? Not blaming t mobile .but one guy that actually cared when I went up there said looks like ur sharing a phone he gave me the name to that very name has popped up repeatedly ...the told me to hard reset they would leave instructions no they text me. Said they would pass the info along
- T-Mobile? Or someone else? replies to MCYep I agree its more then that its invasion or privacy simple as that I was told to call the police repeatedly I'm not resetting [***] either i have proof when someone messed up I ended up trolling his settings on my phone and somehow ended up in a chat room taking screenshots while being whatched thru my television due to a certain cable company
- lovelydayThis call rang at 9:45 pm. I am on AT&T and not T-mobile. It rang twice and then hung up. Looks like a scam to me.

- Fran replies to T-Mobile CustomerT-mobile on caller ID today.
They called 3 times to my home number, back to back.
I didn't answer first one.
Answered 2nd call but no one responded. Answered third call and a man with foreign accent asked for me by name, but I told him no one here by that name, as I thought he was some kind of scammer.
He was polite, apologized for call.
A few minutes later, I was contacted by my credit card company - someone was using my card number to make $1.00 charges to T-mobile, Verizon, and paypal.
Apparently this is a way of checking to see if card number is any good.
I cancelled card.
If the caller was actually from T-mobile, he may have been trying to notify me of suspected fraudulent use of my card number.
Or he may have been the one using my card number...
Hope they don't have rest of my info.
I've never used paypal or t-mobile. - timcalled an hung up after 03 seconds I have only been a virgin mobile customer and have fios at home Also on do not call list

- Buck The TanI received a text notification saying t-mobile alert identified an industry wide phone number port out scam. There was a link inserted that took me to T-Monile’s customer service page with a large section asking me to call them at (800) 937-8997. They warned of a possible scam and suggested I change security settings on my account. We took care of it within a few minutes.

- RichI got the text about the port scam & called it from a landline, all I got was advertisements for cable so I called 611 on my cellphone and got a woman with an oriental accent and a squealing connection. I asked if I don't use my phone for banking why do I need the security. She just answered that I do.so I asked her where she was, She said the Filipines. I said I think this is a scam and will go into the store. She sounded disappointed when she said "you're welcome"

- Bill JonkeT-Mobile tried to call me and they stopped abruptly. I gave them an absolutely scathing response to their survey. Their billing processes suck, big time, and I'm sure they're concerned. I've already switched to Verizon

- jsMy experience with them has been bad. It seems like salespeople have quotas to fill. "Since you have 2 lines with us, we will give you 2 free" Then my phone charges double due to the "free lines". My phone got stolen so I had to replace it. At the store i get the "Since you are gettting the iphone 6 "you will get a free screen protector and the otter case" Bill comes, and I'm being charged for it. Lastly I get a bill for mobile internet for a tablet that by their own admission I never ordered.
